Nestled in-between the Montlake cut and the Seattle Yacht Club, this studio is near many parks, including the Arboretum, Portage Bay, and Japanese Gardens. Many trails surround the neighborhood, with shops, cafes, and the university close too. Lime Bikes, Ride Share (Car2Go & ReachNow), local buses and the Light Rail are all available in the neighborhood. Uber/Lyft/Taxis are easily accessible.

Walking distance to a french bakery, shops, Petes Wine & Cheese store, Starbucks, Serafina's fine Italian dining, many waterfront restaurants, marinas, Gasworks Park and more. Also, convenient to Fred Hutchinson, Cancer Alliance and Children's Hospital. There is a hair salon on the property. Enjoy this cottage with all Seattle has to offer.

It has AC and heating. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops.
