We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. Truly one of a kind Historic property converted into a spacious, cozy loft in the heart of South KC. This 100-year-old space(5 min from HS Truman farm. The 3-story, English Cotswold-style home on the 2nd hole of the Unity Village golf course has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and can comfortably sleep 12 people. It features a wet bar and fireplace with remote control. Perfect for large families, reunions, retreats, etc. Includes access to a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Close to highwy, gas stations and shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig if electricity goes out!!!

Come enjoy your stay at our home with a private entrance and outdoor patio in the back of the house in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You will have an entire guest suite to yourself including one bedroom with an attached bathroom as well as a pull out couch for additional sleeping arrangements. The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
