This home is centrally located. It will take you approximately 10-15 minutes to be in Johnson City, Jonesborough or Erwin Tennessee. Also, ETSU is about 7 miles away and Bristol Motor Speedway is about 25 miles. Their are numerous trails and waterfalls in the area, including part of the Appalachian Trail, and also the Nolichuckey River is right down the road. This is a beautiful area to just come and relax with family and friends.
