Our garden Bungalow has one bedroom with a double and single bed and private patio and seating in the lush gardens of Kidoti. Bathroom with WC and shower. Completely renovated in 2025. Breakfast is included in the price. Wake up on the waterfront of the Indian ocean and a hot cup of coffee. Ocean to mouth eating fresh calamari-fish-crab, kayak to an island, watch sunsets, moon rises, bonfire evenings at waterfront restaurant. Lazy hammock days, rustic luxurious peaceful living, 6star meals.

2 bedroom villa with fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. This villa sleeps up to 4 people. A stunning fresh water pool is right in front of the living room and the pristine beach is just few steps away. The property is surrounded by scented Lemon grass(Mchaichai) and many other plants in a secure private residency. All rooms are air conditioned and well ventilated. Cozy outdoor lounge, dinning/BBQ makes a perfect outdoor living. Sunbeds are also available at our private beach.

Local transportation is available on 5min walk. The busy beaches of Kendwa and Nungwi are in 15 min drive.

Our compound is located right on the beach with a 4 bedroomed villa at the front and a separate 1 bedroom villa at the back which is rented separately . Our views are world class, postcard perfect with views of the Indian Ocean and the  coral reef around the Mnemba Island.The beach is very safe day and night . There are several Boutique hotels with bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The villa has a lovely homely feel and the place is ideal for couples or families.

Casa di Lilli - appartamento Papaya è al primo piano della casa. Dispone di una grande veranda con divani per il relax e un tavolo da pranzo con meravigliosa vista sul mare. All'interno c'è il salotto, spazioso e luminoso, con un comodo divano letto, la cucina fornita di tutto, due camere da letto e due bagni. In cucina c'è un grande tavolo, ottimo per lavorare. In fondo al corridoio delle camere da letto c'è un delizioso balconcino rivolto ad ovest per godere la luce del tramonto.
