A flight of stairs leads to a private apartment consisting of a kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, stove (No oven). The main room is spacious with a large built-in cupboard, table and chairs and a TV with Netflix. Off the bedroom is a small verandah with city views. Our home is in a quiet cul de sac and is conveniently situated close to the Gateway shopping centre, Durban beach front and CBD and 5 minutes from Moses Mabeda stadium. There is also secure parking on the premises.
