The downtown area has wonderful shopping and a variety of restaurants, all steps away from beautiful Lake Dora. The house sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.

Florida room allows you to observe nature and is a perfect spot for your coffee. The house has one master bedroom (king size bed) with attached full bathroom. It has a second bedroom with two built-in beds (twin and full size). There is a separate shower room and a separate restroom. Upstairs it has a 3rd bedroom with 2 built in twin beds and a 1/2 bathroom.

Both the master and adjacent lakeside bedroom open out to the backyard on the lake for easy access to a private dock, two kayaks and 3 canoes all available for use. Short bike ride to the quaint Umatilla, 10 minute drive to Eustis, 15 minute drive to Downtown Mount Dora.

We are 20-30 minutes from most local Springs. Lake Umatilla does have public boat ramp access

Lockbox key access is available for check-ins at any time of day.

We have a two person max limit. No kids. No extra guests. No parties are allowed on our property. Pet's are welcomed
