Dessa går var 20 minut och det tar ca 15 min till Sundsvall centrum och stannar utanför Mitt universitetet på vägen. Har du bil så står du på gratis på parkeringen som tillhör huset. Gårdshuset är fullt utrustat, vackert inrett och har rofylld miljö. I gamla delen synliga timmerväggar. Flera av rummen har utsikt mot sjön. Huset är 130 kvm; kök, badrum med golvvärme och skön dusch. 4 vackra sovrum och rymligt allrum med braskamin. Uteplats med bord och stolar, grillplats med utsikt mot sjön samt studsmatta för barnen sommartid. Vid sjön vedeldad bastu att hyra samt roddbåt att låna. Lakan & handdukar kan hyras. Städning kan bokas. En stuga för 2 finns också att hyra.

Privat och fin svensk stuga – modern och naturnära

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Som ligger nära naturen men även centralt i Söråker. Det är en helt nybyggd stuga med hög standard. Ett sovrum med 180cm skön dubbelsäng och ett rum med en 120cm skön enkelsäng. Vi har en fin bäddsoffa som blir 140cm bred där man kan sova två också. Wifi finns och ett fint badrum med dusch och både tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en mysig tomt som ni har helt för er själva. Med en eldstad, utemöbler, gunga och en kolgrill.

Sea front house in the heart of the High Coast

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). The ferries to Ulvön and Trysunda are just across the bay. Please contact the host if you are more than 6 people to secure bed arrangements. For long term rental, please contact the host.

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Stor balkong med dag och kvällssol. 50 m till båten Ådalen III som kör dag och kvällsturer sommarhalvåret till Höga Kustenbron med buffé och trubadur.

Located across from our family home, the cottage overlooks two lakes and Själandsklinten mountain and it is the perfect base for outdoor adventures. From hiking and biking to fishing and kayaking, there’s no shortage of activities to enjoy.

This charming cottage is situated on an island with the living room overlooking the estuary. There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.

Ni som önskar hyra får också tillgång till vår egna sandstrand, bastu, roddbåt med enklare fiskeutrustning samt kajak. A beautifully located farm next to Hasselasjön only 1,5 km from Hassela Ski Resort. With acces to private beach, wood heated sauna, rowing boat and kayak.

Slappna av i detta fridfulla boende i lantlig idyll. Stugan ligger vackert med utsikt över fälten i Berga by. Inom ett par km finns havet, Bergafjärdens strand och camping, bra klättring, golfbana och fiske eller bad i Ljungan. Tätorten Njurunda med affärer och kommunikation (buss, tåg) ligger två km bort. 20 min med bil till Sundsvall.
