Dooey Hill Cottage is nestled on the hillside by Dooey beach with Atlantic views, overlooking beautiful Traigheana bay (Bay of the Birds) and the mountains of Donegal. It is on 6 acres including shoreline, secluded yet only 5 minutes drive to local shops and pubs with traditional music and food, and a further 10 minutes to the town of Dungloe with several supermarkets, a bank and numerous traditional pubs and restaurants.

Located on the Wild Atlantic Way just outside the village of Kilcar with Sleive League to the West and Killybegs and Donegal town to the south. This is an ideal place to settle into for a night or two and return to each evening after visiting the beautiful Donegal countryside. There are wonderful views from the cottage of Sleive League (Sliabh Liag) beyond.
