Latha madam's place was the best stay which we could find within the city limits. It's nearby the railway station about 10 mins. Could easily reach and also it's walkable from the main road. We can go to the restaurants or just to catch an Auto or taxi. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities mentioned. My parents had a good time during the stay and they were very happy. And we will definitely come back during the next visit. Thank you for hosting us madam.

Very good and clean stay . The host and the co host has maintained the stay very well . The co host was always available and friendly.

Good place but little difficult for swiggy or zomato to reach if you order post 9 PM. so get your dinner before 8PM. place is really good and serene. Neat, clean and homely feeling. Lots of space inside home and perfect for a family. owner gives wifi and couple of bottles. for anything, you can ask the person at reception and he will give you everything required. Its a home away from home. I loved it.

Nice and super clean place to spend time with family the only one thing which would have fulfilled was the TV although there was WiFi was available but no doubt it a great place to stay peaceful very clean fully equipped with safe car parking Definitely I recommend to book this place thank you

Amazing place to stay at. We had no problems whatsoever when it came to amenities and cleanliness. Not only that, but it’s literally next to the main road and beaches are nearby. You can also definitely watch the beach from the balcony which is a nice touch. The location was pretty much in a good spot to visit places like Mulki, Mangalore and Udupi. Thankyou so much to the host for the hospitality.

I recently stayed at this wonderful airbnb. The place was spacious with 2 bedroom, a hall, a kitchen and a lovely balcony. It comfortably accommodated our group of 5 and was an excellent deal. The host was responsive, and the caretaker was sweet and helpful. Being close to nature and just a short distance from Malpe beach made our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Had a peaceful and relaxed stay at Edwards Fernville. The property is big and the pool is well maintained. The caretaker Suma aunty is very sweet and helpful. Felt like a home away from home. Sunita, the host is very responsive and helpful. She happened to visit while we had to leave for the airport which is only 5 mins away and she very thoughtfully offered to drop us off. Great comfortable stay and a peaceful getaway.

Great place for a relaxed and laid back vacation, especially if you are with a family. The location is decent and can be accessed quickly from the highway. However, it is a little away from Udupi city (expected) which makes accessing restaurants a little difficult. We found a good option at the toll gate (Mayura) which is 2km away. There's a ferry terminal 5min away from the property using which you can cross over to the beach nearby (even with your car) and I'd totally recommend this. The property manager recommended this and we totally enjoyed the experience. We didn't use the pool at the property since it was almost always raining when we got there. It was a little dirty with fallen leaves because of the rain but the caretaker cleaned it up as soon as we arrived. The caretaker was extremely helpful as well. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. We did feel like the price could be slightly lower than what we paid in Airbnb but it's not bad.

Anusha’s place felt like home. Every room has air conditioning, and the space was exceptionally clean. She was very friendly and responsive. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking.

The place was amazing. The view ofthe sea was something you will never forget. The home was very welcoming and everything was taken care of. There were sufficient mattresses, pillows, blankets and the place was clean and tidy. Balcony and verandah had enough chairs to sit comfortably. The whole place is well maintained and taken care of. I stayed here for a night as part of my week long road trip across multiple locations along the coastal line. The property is at a very accessible location with prominent eating joints nearby. The place felt like home with everything one needs. We were a family of 3 but this place can easily accommodate 5 people. The key less check-in and check out was quite seamless. The host/co host were very friendly and welcoming. The price per night was externally reasonable compared to other similar properties nearby. At this price point, I highly recommend this place for your considering if you are planning a trip to Mangalore. Cheers!

Had an great stay at this property. I and my friends thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Host was very responsive and even provided local recommendations. I forgot my watch the day I checked out from the property and I was worried I’d never get it back. But, host returned the item to me as early as possible without any damage. I thank the host for making our stay memorable.
