I found Heal Farm during my solo spiritual journey, and it felt like perfect timing. The place is filled with vibrant energy, and the staff are wonderful. Adnan, the host, is truly a gem—his down-to-earth nature and childlike enthusiasm made me feel instantly at home. He took me on a beautiful trek, exploring lakes and rivers where I swam and tried new adventures for the first time. It was an unforgettable experience filled with joy and discovery. One of the best experiences was the sound session with him. It was amazing, beyond words. Heal Farm truly embodies its name; it is a sanctuary for healing and rejuvenation. I left with a full heart and can’t wait to return, this time with my family and friends, to share the magic of this place.

When we came across Akshara Yoga Farm Stay, we were excited to get a dog-friendly place near the Pilibhit Tiger Reserve (less than 30 minutes away). Akshara Yoga Farm is set amidst acres of farm land. You wake up with the birds' chirping and go to sleep with jackals' howling - that's how much you're surrounded by nature. Akshara Yoga had a lot of open space where my dog Fluffy loved exploring and playing till she was exhausted. We want to give her new experiences and this trip was one such. Village markets were just 15 minutes away from Akshara wherein we enjoyed freshly - roasted peanuts. The stay itself was comfortable. We were the only guests; so, we had complete freedom and privacy. We were provided adequate quilts and a heater to ward off the January cold. The food was tasty. Ravinder ji fed us the most finger-licking parathas for breakfast and vegetarian spread for dinner. Saurabh was an amicable and responsive host. We hope to meet Varvara on our next visit.

Silent valley is exactly what it promises. Away from the hustle and bustle, tucked away in a little corner, it was calm, green, peaceful and beautiful. The hike to the river every morning was such a lovely trek. We never got tired of the walk up and down the river, spending the day near the water. The food every day was simple and delicious made with fresh local ingredients with much love it always hit the spot. However the best part of the whole trip was the incredible hospitality of the family. They went out of their way at every turn to make us comfortable and when my son got ill with a fever, Amit and family went out of the ay to fetch him medicines and food at all odd hours. When we left it felt like we were leaving a loved family behind and we will always remember the place with much fondness. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends who are looking get away from the hustle and bustle and looking for beautiful place where one can live simply.

Hemanshu's farm is a great place to unwind from the day to day city life. The place is in a valley surrounded by forest and the farms overlooking the mountains. The homestay is rustic and has all the necessary arrangements for a comfortable stay. The staff is helpful and polite, special mention to Harish who cooks extraordinarily delicious food. The food tasted fresh and amazing, especially the handi mutton, pizzas and the Kumaoni lunch. Hemanshu is quite helpful and easy to answer all the small but many questions I had before making the booking. We just felt that the food portion was not enough for the number of people especially for the complimentary breakfast and some of the items were slightly expensive (were at additional cost) for the breakfast. Though the latter was mentioned in the menu provided to us beforehand. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and Hemanshu has been a great host. Would love to visit again with family. *They have two cute dogs at the farm too :)*

Avocados BnB was an absolute delight! Raj Sir was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. The complimentary breakfast especially the avocado burger was exceptional—definitely deserves all the praise. The caretaker was always available and eager to assist with anything we needed. The property itself is peaceful, cozy, and feels just like home. If you’re ever in Bhimtal, I highly recommend staying here!

This place is absolutely magical. The view is spectacular. The grounds are gorgeous- gardens and flowers everywhere. The room was very spacious and clean. We had a huge balcony with the amazing view of the mountains. I didn’t have a vehicle so we had to hire a driver from Kathgodam which was 1200 one way. There is a little town with a shop that has snacks- drinks, chips and candy but there wasn’t anywhere to get groceries. Just something to know if you don’t have a vehicle of your own. It wasn’t a problem for us because breakfast is included in the stay and then you can buy other meals and the meals were absolutely delicious. The owner also offered to get us some things from the store and bring them up so we had some fruit and things brought. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again. It was worth the ride up the mountain from Kathgodam (which was about 20 minutes or so). We really loved our stay and highly suggest this place!
