A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Stor romslig terrasse med stor gressplen som innbyr til hyggelige uteaktiviteter både vår og sommer. Hytta ligger usjenert til, men samtidig nært det du måtte trenge og 5 min kjøretur fra Torp Köpcentrum med butikker etc. 12 km til Uddevalla. Ligger i hjerte av Bohuslän med 1 times kjøretur til blant annet Gøteborg, Smøgen, Marstrand.

Exclusive house near the sea

A small modern house with most of what is needed. The kitchen consists of a stove, microwave, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The toilet consists of a shower, toilet and washing machine. Separate bedroom with large double bed. A sofa bed is in the kitchen / living room with TV and wifi. There is a conservatory next to the house and at the back of the house you will find the terrace with table and barbecue.

Just 2 minutes to the beach, 8 minutes' walk to Lindesnäs boat station and swimming area. The beach walk is a 9.3 kilometer along beach which with lots of old history house, café bar, natural water fall, forest, dog bath and sea boat. 5 minutes driving to the ICA super market, 10minutes driving to the center.
