It's a back-in-time experience, with wooden beams and antique furniture, owned by the same family for over 60 years. Please read all the details carefully before you book. It’s a 300 year old cottage on the side of a mountain, space, fresh air and tranquillity. It's comfortable but nothing fancy. No TV or wifi, but a woodburner, books and massive views behind the cottage.

Situated in the countryside close to the coast, with spectacular views of the local mountains. All utilities, fire wood and bedding included. Third bedroom is a quirky mezzanine perfect for teenagers due to lower than usual ceiling height and slightly steep stairs.

Cilborth is ideally situated in the centre of Newquay with fantastic far reaching views of the sea in front with dolphins often spotted. Situated metres away from the popular Ceredigion Coastal Path. There are many seasonal activities to enjoy ranging from horse riding to boat trips.

The buses pass the front of the property or you can walk down the road to the local facilities which include restaurants, takeaways & public houses.

The Hayloft, our beautifully restored stone barn, sleeps 4 people in two en suite bedrooms. The living room has exposed beams and an ash wood floor and there is a well-equipped kitchen and enclosed garden. Easy access to local beaches and walking.
