Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Nybyggd Minivilla med lyxig känsla i natursköna områden. Sjö och kanotuthyrning nås på kort promenadavstånd, Tyresta naturreservat ligger inpå husknuten med milslånga vandringsleder och löpspår. Koppla av i bubbelpoolen under stjärnorna. Här andas lugnet medans citypulsen endast ligger 15 minuters bilfärd bort. Utan bil tar du dig istället smidigt in med bussen. Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Tiny House with a view by the sea!

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende precis vid vattnet. Magisk utsikt med vattnet utanför dörren. Under senare delen av året kan man ibland se det härliga norrskenet. Ett perfekt ställe för avkoppling och återhämtning. Användning av spa pool ingår och bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad under er vistelse. Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.

Välkommen till vårt gästhus, beläget på idyllisk gata med egen bastu och badrocksavstånd till stranden. Inom fem minuters promenad finns mataffär, restauranger och busshållplats som tar dig till Gullmarsplan på 20 minuter. I stugan finns Wifi, sällskapsspel, fullt utrustat kök, gratis parkering (med tillgång till el), uteplats med grill. Dock ingen TV. Oavsett om du längtar efter semester med familjen, en helg med din kära eller bara tid för dig själv så ser vi fram emot att välkomna

Mysigt litet hus, sjöutsikt och skogstomt, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Egen del i villa, med bastu, laddbox för er elbil

Helt nybyggd lägenhet i villan! Tar emot 2 vuxna, och ett barn. Stort badrum på 10 kvm, med bastu, badkar, dusch, wc och handfat. Rum på ca 20 kvm med en dubbelsäng. Alla lakan och handdukar ingår i priset. En soffgrupp och pentry finns med. Du får en kod till dörren av värden ankomstdagen. Ni kan checka in hur sent ni vill. Även laddbox till elbil finns mot en kostnad per kilowattimme. Den mesta belysningen är dimbar. En uteplats på en veranda under tak är tillgänglig.

The cottage is located in the Stockholm archipelago, on the island of Älgö with a fantastic view over the water. Sunsets, private jetty and a wood-burning sauna. Veranda and patio. The bedroom has a queen size bed. WiFi and TV. The perfect place for two to enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet, sound from water and beautiful Stockholm archipelago.
