The Pool House is the perfect place to relax, explore and enjoy everything that Tugun has to offer. Newly built, this structure is detached from the family home at the front of the property. A beautiful space that is affordable and stylish with a beautiful pool view. Room includes a Queen bed, basic kitchenette, wardrobe, ensuite and shared seating areas outside and an unheated magnesium pool. A 3 min drive to the beach/Tugun Village, 8 min drive to GC airport, 9 min walk to John Flynn Hospital.

Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. Enjoy sitting in the tree tops and watching the world go by in our little beachside town.

The front gate entry and front beach shower (cold water) is shared and guests use a separate key pad door for access to their apartment which is located underneath the main home. This apartment is solely for your use.
