Lisäksi on kylpyhuone ja sauna, wc sekä varusteltu keittiö. Talossa ei asu muita. Tilavalta terassilta on näkymä takapihalle. Talon edessä on reilusti pysäköintitilaa. Sopii esim. pariskunnalle tai rauhalliselle työkeikkalaiselle. Tuusulan järven rantaan on lyhyt 300 metrin kävelymatka.
