The Tiny (off grid) House on Wai Māhanga Farm

Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway. Our tiny house is intimate, open plan, with a small kitchen incl a double gas stovetop and a wee fridge/freezer. Check out our waterhole, walk with the cows, relax and enjoy! Paihia 17min drive

Beachfront House Whangaumu

Want lazy hazy summer days? We have the answer – our Bach is situated on the beach front in the idyllic Whangaumu Bay with direct access to the beach. Just 30 minutes from Whangarei this provides an amazing opportunity to experience peaceful beachside living in an extraordinarily beautiful slice of NZ tropical Northland. If you wish to leave the beachside then our Bach provides a great base to explore the Tutukaka Coastline including diving and snorkelling at the Poor Knights marine reserve.

Three-bedroom holiday home in a private setting sleeps 5 with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Master - 1 king bed. Room 2 - 2 long singles which zip into a Californian king. Room 3 - king single. Wake up to dawn over the ocean and expansive views of the Poor Knights, coast and islands. Boat parking and wash down, washing machine, dryer, outside toilet. Outdoor space, and big Weber BBQ. Short drive to Tutukaka marina, shops and beautiful beaches. Cot, highchair and kids toys available.

Consisting of a combined kitchenette, dining, living area with queen sized bed and a separate bathroom. Relax on the deck area or kayak or paddle-board out to the bay. Studio Selah is in an ideal location to explore the Whangarei Heads many beautiful beaches and walks. It’s 5 mins drive to Parua Bay Village which has a 4 Square and a couple of cafe’s and is 2 minutes walk to the PB Tavern.

Rest and relax on the coast

The 2 bedroom unit has its own entrance, all on one level with parking right outside. It features a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and toilet. An open plan living area gives you plenty of space to relax, read books, watch the tv or admire the native bush view. This opens out onto your own private patio complete with outdoor dining area + BBQ. Guests can walk to a private rocky bay, down a field and along a bush track. A definite highlight! One room with king size bed, ensuite , self contained cabin with amazing views. Look out to the sea from the shower! Throw open the doors and listen to the waves. Gorgeous bush walks either on site or walking the headland track over to Matapouri. Whale Bay bush walk 5 min walk away. Use of the outdoor kitchen, with glamping style facilities.
