We had a great time at Kaian’s place. All beautiful beaches are within 10-15 mins drive. A lot of great restaurants are also within 10-15 min drive. The place itself is very peaceful. House is clean and Kaian replies right away overall stay is amazing.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Beautifully situated in a quiet area but close to restaurants and beaches. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. Jeff was very responsive to our questions and his recommendations were spot on. Would absolutely stay again.

The house was perfect for 3 of us over Spring Break, having the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and snorkellng gears were a huge help. We loaded up the car everyday and headed to our favorite Leeward beach. The house was in a quiet area with a fence gate. Coconut Bistro was the nearest restaurant and was walkable but for more restaurants/shopping it would be maybe 15-20 mins walk, luckily we had a car. We had a great time on this beautiful island and would love to come back one day.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay. We booked for a couples trip and found it to be the perfect balance between a private and peaceful villa, yet only a quick 10 minute drive into the bustling grace bay. The home is so gorgeous and unique, and loved hanging out with Soldier who is the sweetest resident dog who roams the grounds. Karen was so accommodating, responsive, and friendly. Made us feel right at home. Hope to make it back to T&C one day and stay in the Lighthouse again!

We had an amazing stay. The villa is so beautiful and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed (BBQ, kitchen, beach chairs etc). It was very close to the kitesurfing beach as well as many nice restaurants. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Sunny paradise is a perfect description for Gregory’s place. It is convenient to everything on the island (e.g. 5 minutes to grace bay, 2 minutes to ferry) while also away from the crowds and a great private retreat. Gregory was extremely helpful and responsive at all times and made sure our stay was comfortable and safe. Myself and 2 young kids stayed here and we had a blast and enjoyed the accommodations. The house is spacious and well appointed. Book with confidence and enjoy!

Dadre's place was perfect for our group of 6, close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Deck with outside seating a grill and pool made for nice relaxing evenings. Dadre was responsive when we needed something and also gave us some recommendations for places to try.

This Airbnb was fantastic- responsive communication, flexible, clean, friendly, the list goes on. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Comfortable apartment with a nice pool, walkable to the beach, short drive to Grace Bay and restaurants. Good option for saving some money as compared to pricey resorts. Highly recommend!

Amazing find and great host! The property is amazing, quiet, calm, beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Its a great place to disconnect and explore turks and Caicos. The best thing to do in Turks and Caicos is beach hopping and Michael’s place is super central, yet hidden in nature so you can go anywhere from there but still disconnect and relax easily. The airbnb comes with two beach chairs and a cooler. Just load them in the car and go explore! We also enjoyed having down time and reading by the pool area in between beach days. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again when visiting turks and Caicos. Things you must know about turks and caicos: you need a car regardless where you stay. Taxis are not readily available, not even by the grace bay beach area (lots of tourists get stranded there). The island is super safe and its fairly easy to drive. you will enjoy the freedom and time savings from being able to drive to places.

We enjoyed our stay at The Old Beach House. The location is very safe, close to the beach, quiet. Just what we wanted. Everything was comfortable and functional. We liked having a safe for valuables—though not really necessary, it gives peace of mind. We appreciated that they provided snorkeling equipment. We loved the patio area and landscaping. The dogs, Buster and Boxer, were our favorite amenities. Communication with Emma and Roger was good. They are close by and very friendly.

I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful pool view studio near Turtle Cove, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly-check-in was incredibly easy, and I didn't encounter a single issue. The studio itself was pristine, well-appointed, and perfectly designed to make the most of the stunning pool view. Waking up to the serene sight of the water each morning was a treat in itself, The location was also ideal, offering close proximity to the natural beauty of Turtle Cove while maintaining a sense of peaceful seclusion. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!

Excellent séjour chez Wilbert et Christine! Des gens très accueillants et agréables. La maison est confortable et bien équipée. La propreté est irréprochable autant dans la maison qu’à l’extérieur. La piscine en fin de journée est un beau bonus. Je recommande l’endroit sans hésiter!

Cute little place. Private. Nice little pool. Great communication. We were staying downstairs in the blue house - Filip’s suite I believe it’s called. The people upstairs were loud during midnight ish. Other than that no complaints. Clean place. Felt right at home. Good size kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Would stay again. Recommend getting a better car vacuum but it was nice that they had one- thank you.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Turcs and Caicos. Le logement était bien situé, très propre, avec toutes les commodités, incluant les articles de plages que nous avons beaucoup utilisé durant notre séjour. Le fair d’avoir une voiture prête à notre airbnb a l’arrivée a été un plus. Nous avons pu découvrir l’île de façon autonome. Bref, je retournerais à ce airbnb sans hésiter. Merci Danielle pour ton accueil et ta disponibilité, tu as grandement contribué à la réussite de ce voyage.

Ulma’s place was great. Just a few minutes drive from the airport and walkable to many great restaurants in the area. Very close to Smith Reef which is where we went snorkeling 3 days of our trip. The kitchen was well-stocked and ready for preparing meals at home. The entire house was super clean. We really enjoyed the screened in porch for coffee in the morning and drinks at night. It was a very quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. The central AC worked very well. Great showers with plenty of hot water. Having a washer and dryer was also super convenient. Ulma provided nice, heavy beach towels, beach chairs and lots of other beach items which was so thoughtful. She was very easy to communicate with and provided thoughtful recommendations for our stay. We even had an incident with our flight being grounded for 2 days at the end of our trip. She was kind enough to offer us the place for an extra night if we needed it. Amazing!! I would highly recommend Ulma’s place!

I thought Peter’s place looked much better than the photos advertised. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival and would definitely stay here again if returning to the island. Thank you Peter. Oh and having the rental was a great bonus without much hassle. Convenient to get around, which is needed.

This was everything we could have hoped for. Instructions were clear, Jason was proactive and super responsive. The complex is beautiful and everything our family of 4 needed. It felt very central on the island. Easily walkable to a few yummy restaurants and the beach, although it’s best to rent a car and explore as all the various beaches. The beach gear is weathered but was good enough to get us by. The views are incredible. The pool and pool deck area were beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a blender! We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment. They grounds and pool area maintained. Was quiet during our stay which is what we enjoy. Beach is within walking distance or a few minute drive and west enough from the resorts traffic. Restaurants nearby but we enjoy making our own meals. Would stay again. Info only: no elevators, plan for stairs & inclines as this complex is built on a hillside.

You could not ask for a better location or a better host...proactive in letting you know everything about the place, it's surroundings, and any questions you might have before travel. Plenty of beach chairs to use, coolers, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and the list goes on. Kids loved the pool which you could see right outside the window. I honestly do not have one complaint about the place and would definitely would stay again!

We really loved our stay at Matt and Erin's place. The location is truly unique compared to other locales on the island, and we enjoyed the solitude of being separate from the touristy spots. You will definitely need a rental car to get around, and most places are about 15-25 minutes away, but it did not bother us! The condo was thoughtfully equipped with beach gear, towels, floats, coolers, etc., and we took full advantage! Eating out on the island is expensive, so we enjoyed cooking a few meals in and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Matt was very thoughtful prior to our arrival and provided a very comprehensive list of restaurants and attractions, which really helped as we created our itinerary. Highlights of our trip included dinner at Coco Bistro (splurge but worth it), sunset drinks at Cave Bar, a day trip by ferry to Middle Caicos and hiking the Crossing Paths Trail, kayaking to iguana island, and watching the kite surfers on Long Bay Beach! Turks is fab!

Had a wonderful trip to T&C and Tim’s place was just perfect for us. Looks just like the pics, easy to find, super clean. If you love marinas and are looking for a quieter stay than the big resorts this is the perfect spot. I walked the docks multiple times a day and saw tons of sea turtles, jellyfish, barracuda and even a few small rays. Hummingbirds in the beautiful flowers that surround the complex. A short drive to the downtown & resorts. Several great restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the condo and a great beach/snorkel spot. We really loved our stay and Tim was a fantastic host :) thank you!

Perfect location and very quiet pool with a very shallow kid area. Easily everything our group of 3 adults and one 1 year old needed. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Grocery store was easy to get to with our rental car. Leisure books/games available in the living room. Lots of beach toys available on the patio. Pack n play was available but the only room it was comfortably able to be used in was the master bedroom (which made it a bit difficult with sleeping situations but we made it work). No high chair available here. Danielle was a very a lovely host and responded quickly. Hot tub at atrium resort in general is not hot and water level was typically low. The pool bar is not in service due to the locals living in the resort not liking past ruckus. Bring your bug spray as mosquitos outside were quite bad (especially at restaurants who usually provided deet bug spray).
