Isole Turks e Caicos: soggiorni in alloggi con stazione di ricarica per veicoli elettrici

This was our second time staying at Kathrin's. The house is very spacious, clean, excellent AC, and so close to the best beach for swimming and snorkeling. It is perfect for our active family of 4. My favorite part is the extensive screened-in patio for eating, lounging, and enjoying the island breeze. The area is gated for extra security, but the road and beach way are safe to walk around. During this stay, there was construction near the beach and more traffic and workers. They were friendly and the noise was minimal. This new resort should have many restaurants to enjoy in walking distance. This is a great rental for a family since you are staying below another family with kids and dogs. They were friendly, but respected our privacy too. Any issues we had (boys locking themselves out of the bedroom) were quickly addressed by Kathrin and Vanessa. We are thankful for the opportunity to stay at this house again and hope to return soon.

We had an amazing vacation at flamingo villas. It was so easy for us to settle in and relax. The property is exactly as shown. It’s two floors with the kitchen, living room and 1/2 bath on the main floor and a patio door to the porch and stairs to the small shared pool. The pool is small but it’s cleaned daily and it was enough for our two boys. If you’re concerned about the size of the pool don’t be, the ocean is just steps away. Access to the beach isn’t the best but once you hit the sand it’s worth it. You can walk the beach to a less rocky area in less than a minute. The kitchen offered everything we needed to prepare our meals and a table for four. The living space is spacious with a love seat and oversized single chair with a tv. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms each with its own patio and direct access to a 3 pcs bathroom. There are beaches, restaurants, bars and shops a short walk in either direction. I recommend renting a golf cart to explore the whole island.

Our second visit to Kathrins Airbnb. The apartment is as beautiful an clean as shown in the the pictures. There was only two of us but would be comfortable for two couples. The Airbnb is only a two - three minute walk to the beach which is gorgeous!! On the beach to the left 1 minute down is great snorkeling and 2 minutes to the right is Beaches resort - so you know you are staying on a top notch beach area. The privacy and safety of the Airbnb is a comfortable feeling. The Airbnb is in a gated area. kathrin and Marcus were available to answer any questions we had concerning restaurants or places to visit. The only comment I would make is that they are building so much in the area that there is some construction noise and a higher amount of traffic this time than last. I however will definitely be back as it was not a big deal to us. Wonderful hosts, Airbnb and area!!!!!
