Really friendly host, beautiful place. The host always responded to our requests and even checked in from time to time if we have any problems. The house is really worth its price and the furniture were really comfortable. We felt right at home. Would recommend for a great Bakü experience because the location is close to every important landmark.

Excellent Stay in Baku with family. I stayed in the house for 3 days. The house is exactly as shown in pictures. It’s a huge flat. It has 2 big bedrooms with attached bathrooms. It also has one more toilet. The house has big and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. Additionally there is a huge family room with ample sitting as well as dining table. The house is idle for a big group. There is a small balcony which overlooks the main street. The house is just opposite Port Baku Mall. There are a lot of restaurants nearby plus grocery store just across the street. Cresent Mall is just 5 min walk. The building itself is homely and safe. The host is gem of a person. He arranged airport pick-up and drop for us at a very reasonable cost. We checked in very late, but he has arranged someone to show us around well and explain all the things in the house. He also arranged for a day tour / taxi for us on our request. Communication with the host was super easy and fast.

apartment was in prime location with access to supermarket and all tourist spots in Baku.. it was a nice apartment with all the facilities.. Good place for family to stay

Благодарю хозяйку за тёплый прием и отзывчивость. отношение цена качество и местоположение 10 из 10 ! Рядом есть овощные и продуктовые. Также кафе с отличной выпечкой и тортиками. Мы передвигались на личном автомобиле до центра города 15 – 20 минут. Мы были зимой , отопительная система отлично справлялась со своей работой дома было тепло , в доме есть всё необходимое чтобы готовить. Также есть утюг и фен. Обязательно вернёмся❤️💐

Amazing location ✨ It is close enough to the center but is also quiet area so you aren’t bothered with the fuss of the city.

We had an amazing experience staying at Ulvi’s Airbnb! The location is perfect, just a short walking distance to the 28 May and Nariman Narimanov metro stations, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. Additionally, the nearby bus stop for Bus Number 5 made commuting to the city center seamless. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and made sure everything was prepared before our arrival—even at 7 am! To our delight, his wife went the extra mile by having tea ready for us, which was such a kind and warm gesture. They were also quick to respond to all of our questions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and full of natural light. In fact, it was even better than the photos! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed every moment of our time here. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting the area.

I wasn't able to get to Baku in the end but my colleagues raved about Nicat and what an amazing host he was. They told me he went above and beyond to make them feel at home in the flat. He met them later in the evening and helped them get to know the neighbourhood that would be their home for three weeks. They said the flat was lovely and spacious and exactly as described. From what they told me I would definitely recommend Nicat's place! From my end he was also very easy to communicate with and very friendly. Sorry I didn't get to meet him but glad it all worked out for my colleagues. Thanks Nicat!
