Beautiful beach vacation. The on property staff were super friendly. Everything felt so safe and secure which was so important for my family. The snorkeling was amazing and you were steps away from a cenote. Great accommodations, great restaurants in the area. Thanks for a great family vacation!

The casita at tullipanes was a great place. It is a clean apartment on a wonderful property with the most lovely beach. Angel, Martin and Lidia were great caretakers and so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time here and would welcome it to anyone. It is in a beautiful but isolated area north or Tulum, I would recommend a car.

I had a great stay, the apartment was exactly as described. It offers easy access to both the beach while still being close to the town center and main supermarket, which made everything super convenient. Sonny was an exceptional host—very attentive and helpful. He provided clear instructions that made check-in and access to the property very easy. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum.

Buen servicio, tuvimos un leve inconveniente con la energia pero simplemente fue un poco menos de 24 horas y ana siempre estuvo pendiente respondiendo en menos de 30 min, la tencion es super cool, tiene un restaurante rooftop en la unidad, donde venden cocteles y unas pizzas super top, también diversas piscina alrededor, el lugar es super seguro y está a nada de la playa muy bien ubicado ps en Tulum casi ninguna distancia a las zonas principal como bares o restaurantes es mas allá de 15 minutos en vehiculo, 100% recomendado.

Casa Aakbal was amazing! The accommodations were better than the pictures, the location was perfect with the beach, lots of shops restaurants and activities. Let’s not forget Chef Enrique, he’s the best. He prepared each meal exquisitely. We could not have asked for a better vacation and will be back.

This was one of the best places we have stayed in Tulum. Beach front bungalow, felt very peaceful! Annie and the entire staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Maria is a great owner of the property and she made sure we had a comfortable stay. I would Recommed this place for a beautiful peaceful getaway, from the hustle and bustle.

The place was beautiful and matched the photos in the listing. The outdoor deck with the pool and hammocks was really nice and very convenient. Across the small private road is the other unit with another private pool and fabulous ocean view/access. The neighborhood was great, a gated community with lots of beachfront restaurants and even a cenote. We felt very safe walking around and exploring the beach (which is not a swimming beach, but more for snorkeling and diving). We spent one overcast morning exploring the coastline to the north, which was really fascinating. My only complaint would be that the plunge pool outside the bedrooms was dirty and unusable. Otherwise we loved our stay and would definitely go back!

Cada detalle superó nuestras expectativas: los colchones comodísimos, las sábanas limpias y suaves, las almohadas deliciosamente mullidas… ¡fue un verdadero descanso! Todo estaba impecable y cuidado con mucho esmero. El balcón fue uno de nuestros rincones favoritos, perfecto para relajarse. Realmente se nota el cariño y la dedicación que le ponen a su espacio. ¡Gracias por todo! Sin duda volveríamos encantados.

Un lugar muy acogedor y estratégicamente ubicando en Tulum. Zona muy segura, el anfitrión es super amable y proactivo. Volvería nuevamente. 10 de 10. Altamente recomendado.

I can highly recommend Luisa’s apartment. Spacious Rooms, Beachfront, Pool ! All u need to know for a nice stay !! Book it !!! ••••••••• The place is even more spacious than it looks on the pictures, living room and bedroom with access to the terrace, so open the door and u are right at the beach! Kitchen perfect for cooking, w a big fridge, water filter and a big dinning area. Huge TV w a comfy couch for a nice Netflix session. Outside area comes w beach beds, a little gym, pool w beds and umbrellas, kayaks and little play area for kids. It’s about 15 min drive to Tulum, so it’s really a peaceful getaway but not to far away from the action in tulum. If u can get a SUV because the road closer to the apartment is a bit rougher (but also doable w a normal car).

We stayed here with 12 people for a week and it was awesome. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the bedrooms (all with their own bathroom) and pool, and outdoor area were all great. The location was perfect, the whole neighborhood is walkable to all the amazing restaurants and bars and stores you would want to go to, much better than downtown and very safe. The onsite host (Santiago) was top notch, he had proactive suggestions, helped us arrange shuttles, was super fast to respond to issues, and made our stay even better.

This is my second year coming to this magical breath taking camp. it's so peaceful with the most amazing staff you will encounter in all of Tulum. The location is great if you are looking for a relaxing recharge time. You are 15 min walk to the Ruins and the cutest fun market filled with local little shops and local ethnic food.

La verdad todo súper si recomiendo que renten un carro a pesar que es terracería no está feo asique un carro chico es más que suficiente, recomiendo que lleven sandalias especiales para meterse a la playa ya que tiene mucha piedritas que te molestará mucho, la ubicación le ayuda mucho ya que todo está a lo mucho 20 minutos de todo lo turístico, el internet no funcionó espero se arregle pero nos pasó el de la recepción y todo excelente claro estábamos casi a lado solo que cuando estás en el cuarto no llega bien la señal talvez solo estaba fallando el del cuarto que teníamos, por lo demás todo excelente la alberca siempre disponible y los minisplit todos funcionado lo recomiendo

La atención por parte del personal es muy buen, son muy amables y estuvieron siempre para apoyarme en cualquier cosa que requiriera. El restaurante del lugar es riquísimo, súper recomendado los tacos de pulpo y la ensalada de Quinoa. La habitación es muy acogedora y especial. La verdad disfruté muchísimo mi estancia tanto por el lugar, la ubicación, la comida y el trato tan amable. Muchas Gracias.

The premises are very beautiful, a handful of villas on a clean, well-kept site, and your villa is steps from the beach. The villas are in the lovely rustic MX Riviera style, nicely furnished and airy. There are loungers and chair for you on the beach. The maintenance staff are on the job all day, cleaning and grooming the villas and the compound. We had a hard time finding the place upon arrival--mainly because one of the geo-locations on the listing is wrong by several hundred metres. Maybe that should be fixed? That was the only complication. Turns out, if you're driving along the Tulum beach road, you'll see a sign that says "Playa Selva" and you're there. Selva is one of the last generation of the original Tulum eco-resorts, worth it even at the cost.
