The fully stocked kitchen has a Keurig, coffee pot, air fryer, gas stove, blender, mixer, wine glasses, etc. 2 large leather sofas in living room. House has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The pool is heated to 75 degrees April 1-October 31 and the spa is kept at 90 degrees but guests may increase the temp. *We do not charge guests to heat spa/pool, therefore the nightly rate does not change should the spa/pool become unavailable due to extreme weather (below freezing) or malfunctions.
