Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.
