If you are a nature lover who enjoys a country, somewhat rustic-style home, this is the place for you. It wasn't easy to find (don't follow Waze's directions...), but we finally found it with Michealyn's direction. We didn't have time to enjoy the garden since we were busy every day with activities (Semuc Champey is a MUST!). But if you have more time on your hands, it is a great place to relax with nature outside your door. a few tips to make the stay better: The dogs are friendly, but after the first night, where they barked all night long right under the bedroom window, my advice is to ask to take them off the premises for your stay. The host easily did it. If the internet is down (which happens every few hours), unplug it and plug it back and it will work. Ask the host how to get the hot water in the shower (it's a little trick). All in all, Michaelyn was quick to respond and the housekeepers were a great help as well.

Absolutely perfect location. If you love nature and bird life this is the perfect place in Coban.

El lugar es muy bonito, limpio, tiene todo lo necesario para los días que se va usar, contacto con la naturaleza, espacios familiares, tranquilidad y seguridad, además de ser un lugar muy acogedor, nos fuimos muy contentos

Increíble lugar. Recomendado sin duda. Durante la estadía hubo comunicación. Hay lugares para ir hacer bici de montaña. La gente es muy amable. El lugar es increíble reservado tranquilo excelente.

Rustic house with a great view. Easy to find. Host allowed us to change the date and was always friendly and responsive. Would stay here again.

excelente la ubicación, patio y piscina excelente, agregaría un poco más de detalles en la limpieza de baños y cocina. pero en general muy cómodo y recomendable lugar para compartir con la familia! volveremos pronto 👌

El lugar está en una muy buena zona y es un espacio agradable, es más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotografías pero es muy funcional aún así. La persona encargada es muy atento y respondía siempre.
