Stocked Catch and Release Fishing Lake. -Volleyball Court-Wooded Trail 46 acres of flat open fields surrounded by trees. Plenty of room to maneuver into place. Privacy trees surround the entire area. We call it the Crossroads because this was one of the first towns out here and has the small-town feel. The Atlantic Ocean is a 20-minute drive east on rt 50.

The campsite is adjoined by over 8,000 acres of public land.

ROSECROFT is also home to my pet pigs in the forest...I have to come on the property and feed them at 10 and 3.

This is our campsite that we would love to rent out to you! We are only 25 minutes from West Ocean City and 30 minutes from assatique island. The camp site is nestled in the back of our property where you will get to enjoy peace and quiet. We have room for campers and tents, If you would wish to bring a boat or any other trailer there is plenty of room for that also. We will supply 120 volt electric and a water hose for your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!

Nestled along Sherman’s Creek, our campsite sits on six wooded acres with 600 feet of creek frontage. Everything in the pictures is included in your stay! All you need to bring is food and your love of the outdoors! This site has a private shower and sink and composting toilet. Both the sink and shower are hooked up to a hot water heater, so no cold showers! The campsite is fully private. We live on the property so if there is ever any help needed, we are nearby!

Rest and Recharge Retreat

We have a new larger tent for 2026! Queen size bed. We have also added a sauna to our retreat. Rest and recharge at this beautifully landscaped glamping retreat. Enjoy quiet moments of zen in the meditation garden, awake to the birds and butterflies, float the afternoon away in the pool or enjoy stargazing in the hot tub at night. We are set up for a quiet retreat for 2 people. Additional guests must be approved in advance. No parties!

Walking paths leading to the scenic Conowingo Creek make this private setting located in southern Lancaster County a perfect relaxing get away. A short walk will put you on the banks of ideal fishing or a refreshing dip in the beautiful waterway. Then, after an evening by the campfire and a cozy night of sleep, a short drive gives you access to the Susquehanna River where hiking and scenic overlooks abound.
