There are many coffee shops restaurants, fast-foods, pubs and a supermarket, ATMs. The flat is very safe as it has a security gate only for the residence at the entrance of the block. Also has a shaded parking slot. Outside of the complex there is a public bus-stop that connects the whole cornice road (Limassol Mall, Limassol Marina, beaches).

We also have ceiling fans and split unit air-conditioning to keep you comfortable during the hot, hot season and warm during the colder season.
