Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

The house is an old town house built 1876 and has been renovated 2018. Three nice and bright bedrooms with Coco-mat beds, all with balcony or access to roof terass. Two bathrooms, a separate wc, fully equipped kitchen, big living room with an open fire place. A big roof terass overlooking the sea on one side and the mountains on the other (equipped with refrigerator and water). All rooms with air-condition . The house is suitable for 6 persons. There is 2 small beaches nearby.

Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες που έχουν άμεση θέα στη θάλασσα και δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες στη πίσω πλευρά του σπιτιού. The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.

The property is located in a quite neighborhood in Prosilio village (West Mani; check location section). The stone house has been recently restored and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfort stay throughout the year. Private parking, air conditioning covering all spaces, fully equipped kitchen and electric appliances are provided in order to accommodate comfortably 4 persons.
