I knew the house would be rustic, so I brought my camping gear. I did not need them. The kitchen was well equipt. I could cook anything I needed to make on the hot plate or in the microwave/toaster. There was also a smoker and like 5 BBQs. Do not be worried about cooking. The location is awesome. It is so close to so many things.. or you can just hang out on the property. We spent a day on the property and a day exploring. We spent every night in the hot tub. It was glorious. The bed is very comfortable!

I really love this city and so happy to have found a cute little place to come back to. Everything was perfect. It was a great stay and I would come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy private studio! Despite a winter storm, it felt like a magical winter wonderland. The location is great, with grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, plus the lake and town are just a short drive away. Merick was a fantastic host, checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a cozy retreat!

Jennifer’s place was the perfect getaway for the weekend! Very cute, clean room in a beautiful area and close to plenty of activities and restaurants. Jennifer had lots of local recommendations that we checked out. She was communicative and accommodating. Will definitely book again!

Lori’s place was great for me and my family. Super convenient, great location, especially if you’re making plans for Heavenly Village. It’s literally a 5 minute walk. Lots of stuff around in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. Close to many stores and restaurants/bars and grills. Lori herself was very sweet and friendly. Enjoyed all our time there for the week. Home is very clean, comfortable, and cozy. Home away from home for sure! Would definitely recommend and stay again! Mahalo Lori!

I had an incredible month + stay at Christy’s cottage. From the moment I arrived, Christy was exceptionally welcoming, flexible, and a fantastic communicator. She goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. The cottage itself was immaculate—the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever checked into! It was well-equipped with everything I needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. Although it's attached to her house, there is no shared entry and Christy is very respectful of privacy. The location is perfect—close to skiing (and the lake for summer!), grocery stores, restaurants, and the Stateline casinos, with easy and convenient parking. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I’ve stayed at Airbnbs since 2014 and Kelsey’s place was one of the best experiences I have ever had to date. Every little detail was so thoughtful and special from the surprise fresh breakfast to the fresh cookies and snacks. It was beautiful too. I love this place and definitely Riley will recommend it to others and will be back!

Sam was very communicative and it was very easy to find with their instructions. Plenty of parking on the street in March. This room was exactly what was advertised - it's a very simple room and we appreciated the way it was priced in order to enjoy Nevada City without breaking the bank. There is a kitchenette that also helped with breakfasts and dinners in the room. Expect the basic amenities to make a meal. It is a fine place to end of the day after adventures. Easy to get to downtown Nevada City and to Grass Valley. My Mom is in her 70's and just know that the stairs and walk are a little steep , just something to note if you have older folks with knee or hip issues in the party. And as noted the ceilings are low. The wall heater keeps everything toasty and Sam gives instructions ahead of time on how to use it. Just keep it started at .5 and then go up to 1, then 2, etc. Overall, we had a great time without breaking the bank and it was easy to stay and to get around town.

Nicky was an excellent host and very friendly and helpful. This airbnb was exactly as advertised and a super cozy stay. I would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Reno, especially if you prefer to be close to midtown!

Second time we stayed here and we enjoyed it just as the first time. Lovely view from inside the living room and outside on the swing in the crisp air, watching the sunset. Spacious. Lots of linens, towels, pillows. Useful kitchen, dining table, living room for watching TV. Great parking spot on the property near the entrance. Quiet neighborhood that's close to everything. Very comfortable stay.

I stayed at Andreas suite over the weekend together with my girlfriend for a short summer vacation close to lake Tahoe. Andrea is a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. The check-in process was very easy and everything in the apartment was as described in the listing, very tidy and clean and well maintained. We met Andrea after checking-in as we asked for her recommendations. She gave us some amazing tips for things to do in and around the area along with travel brochures and interesting information about the history of Soda Springs. She even provided us with coffee and additional bathing towels. We felt very welcome and Andrea proactively really cared about our well-being. The apartment is ideal for a summer trip to Lake Tahoe and also for skiing vacation at the local ski resort. We had a great time and would definitely come again and recommend Andreas Airbnb!!

The location was good for the soccer game. We were playing this weekend. My daughter enjoyed the stay with her husband and my son.

A great place with a wonderful host. The green belt space out the back door was perfect for a nice nature walk. Wild turkeys ran around the yard every day. I would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Nanette’s with our 3 month old daughter and two small dogs and had a wonderful stay! There were so many activities to do at the house and on the property. The neighborhood was very nice and friendly during our afternoon walks. The bed is a little squeaky when you move, but the studio was very spacious. The kitchen actually had an instapot, hot plate and a griddle that was not included in the description, but it was a wonderful surprise! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Lovely guest suite at the back of the main house. With private deck and small fenced yard- perfect for my two little dogs. The space was very clean, nicely decorated, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed and high-end bed linens. Comfy leather sofa, lots of light, but good drapes to block out mid-afternoon sun. Homer and Julie Ann were very friendly and helpful and offered to look after my dogs while I went to a concert but I ended up taking them with me and they were happy to chill in their dog beds in my car. I went to a concert at the Boardwalk in Orangevale, just 7 mins away. Lovely, peaceful property at the dead-end of a street in a very charming neighborhood, just a few blocks from historic downtown Folsom, the Rainbow Bridge, and the Johnny Cash trail. There was quite a bit required for a 10:00am check out: gathering and washing towels, stripping the bed, taking out the trash/recycling, but I didn't see that they charge a cleaning fee, so it seemed reasonable to me.

This was the perfect stay for us while visiting Nevada. The Casita was very clean, well stocked with essentially everything you could need. The Hosts were very accommodating, kind and even gave us some fresh Eggs for our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

I fell in love with Tan's place. He spared no expense in building a beautiful suite for his guests. The bed is amazing and the bathroom felt like a high end hotel. I recommend this place to everyone. 10++++
