1/5/26 Update - We just redid the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Photos coming soon. Photos posted 1/7 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom in the Gold Bend neighborhood in Northstar. The bathroom has a large shower and tankless water heater. Full kitchen, gas fireplace and a 55" TV with Roku, that allows you to log into your own accounts and log out when you leave. Great deal so close to the shuttle! No additional fees for pets and the 12% Placer County transient tax is factored into the price.

WiFi is stable and fast - perfect for WFH. Located right behind the paid parking lot of Northstar's Village, this is as close as you can get without actually staying inside The Village itself!

This two-bedroom two bath unit is spacious and comfortable. The unit is not suitable for children under age three. This is a downstairs unit with a small outdoor deck that includes an outdoor dining table and a BBQ. You will find the location in The Boulders to be convenient for all your outdoor activities. This is a great location and home, for all seasons. Entering the home you will notice a large open lower level, with tall windows and beautiful views of pines, plenty of room to lounge around on the large sectional, and a huge fireplace between the kitchen and living room. Upstairs you will find foosball table and a bunk room.
