This condo retreat is close to everything Truckee and North Lake Tahoe have to offer! Right off Hwys 80/89, it's close to Old Town Truckee, and within 15 miles to Donner Lake, Palisades, Sugar Bowl, Northstar, and Tahoe City. This spacious and comfortable condo, has nice furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen for a relaxed stay all year round. Note, I pay the 14% Truckee STR transit tax. It is self managed. This two-bedroom two bath unit is spacious and comfortable. The unit is not suitable for children under age three. This is a downstairs unit with a small outdoor deck that includes an outdoor dining table and a BBQ. You will find the location in The Boulders to be convenient for all your outdoor activities. Welcome to your sunny home in the beautiful Tahoe Truckee Sierras! Tahoe Donner is a fun-filled community with many activities and a Rec Center with hot tubs, sauna, pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and a full gym - a cozy, comfortable haven to relax after a day in the mountains or at the lake. Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).

Base Camp for Your Next Tahoe Adventure

Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.
