The Cottage is our most popular room featuring a fully equipped kitchen. The room features a small living area with a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort in the summer. A gated patio is available for this dog-friendly room. We do require a $35 cleaning fee per visit when you bring your fur baby. The West River House is a simple and affordable historic hotel in downtown Truckee - walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the river. It’s perfect for those looking to explore and relax without distractions. Although there is no TV, the free Wi-Fi is super fast. Smoking and pets are not permitted.

King 1 bedroom pet friendly suites are 435 square-feet, sleeps 4. Two dogs, 50lb max allowed. Dogs must never be left unattended and are only allowed in pet friendly areas. No extra guests, non-smoking property.
