The finished attic takes you into another world which includes a second living area and fun space for all ages, not to mention the (third) bedroom with more sleeping options. Need some quiet time? Head outside to our fenced backyard or relax on the covered front porch.

The First Floor 1800 square foot space provides a Great Room perfect for entertaining and stretching out. Set right off the Savannah Square you have a blend of retail and residential neighborhoods nearby for comfortable walks. Four Bedrooms offer space for family members to have privacy while sharing a large common living space. Known to locals as the "Reporter Building" this was built in 1892 to house the newspaper printing press and was converted to living quarters in the last 20 years.

This small town is located not far from it all, just an hour North of Kansas City and 20 minutes from Saint Joseph, right between Interstates 29 and 35! Located on the ground floor with parking right outside the door on Main Street, this is a lovely place to stay. We also have plenty of extra parking next door. A nice park only a couple of blocks away. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need!
