NEW! Combining rustic appeal with modern conveniences, this Tiny House offers an innovative perspective on vacation lodging! Our place is located on one of the most impressive properties around the Zion/Bryce area! 14 acres of apple trees and farmland surrounded by breathtaking mountain peaks right off highway 89. We are within 5-15 minutes of grocery stores and restaurants and conveniently located only 25 minutes from Zion National park and 55 minutes from Bryce Canyon National park.

Azevedo Ranch - Cowboy Cabin

(Since the bunk beds are for kids only, the cabin will only accommodate 3 adults and 2 children.) Spectacular 101 acre “Garden of Eden” in Southern Utah with meadows, woods and views of the back side of Bryce Canyon National Park. A 1/4 mile of the Sevier River runs through it with German brown and rainbow trout. Additionally we have a stocked trout pond. Wild eagles, owls, hawks, antelope and deer live on the ranch as well as our own cattle, goats, chickens, horses and alpacas.

The Canyons are calling! Come and enjoy the grandeur of Bryce Canyon Country. Bryce Canyon Homestead was built in 2023 with you in mind. This 2500 Sq Ft home sleeps eight. It features a modern kitchen, family room, dining room, loft, three bedrooms (two queens/one king) each with a private bath, sitting area, and Smart TV. The loft area has a queen size sofa sleeper and Smart TV. Walking distance to town park, restaurants, and grocery stores. On-site host resides in basement.

Kate's Place

Located in Tropic, Utah 3 blocks off of hwy 12 and 8 miles from Bryce Canyon, Utah is Kate's Place. The population is around 600 and is a beautiful area complete with horses, moo cows, sheep and beautiful green fields and golden mountains ready for exploring. I live on the premises (not with you) which is convenient for you if you need anything. Access to two bedrooms, sitting room (with TV- W-fi) and bathroom, NO FULL KITCHEN BUT SNACK AREA WITH SNACKS, COFFEE, TEA, WATER.

The Cottage by Zion

Built from my horses hay shed and transformed into a unique piece of art! My mothers taste and uniqueness and my dads labor is nothing but impressive. You will see the love they spent in every inch of this precious country cottage. The cottage has 1 king bed 1 bathroom and easy parking. Perfect for a couple nights stay next to the majestic zion 17 miles, 50 to bryce, 90 to antelope point. Orderville is a very small town, this awesome cottage is located on the main hwy 89 drag!
