Tromsø: soggiorni in baite

The cabins are beautifully located right on the sea front, the island is stunning and its so so quiet, it is impossible to describe how peaceful it feels, I absolutely loved the fresh snow each morning like a blank canvas to start each day. We used the hot tub 2 nights and had the northern lights dancing overhead due to the amazing location which is ultimately what we went for. The cabin was warm, well equipped, clean and well kept, the beds were comfortable, and everyone slept well. The cabin was plenty big enough for 6 adults. Maria was super responsive and even popped round when we couldn’t get the hob to work which she fixed, she was also very helpful with where to go walking on the island and lent us spikes for our shoes. The shop is well stocked and we managed to get most things we needed for the weekend we stayed. The only limitations are the ferry’s to and from the island and the bus service to the ferry terminal but that adds to the quiet and isolation in this amazing place

Reidun was a lovely host! She did an amazing job preparing the cabins for us, and we really appreciated all the detail that went into making sure they were clean, and above all, cosy! They are so wonderfully decorated. Upon arrival, they were warm which is lovely at 3am at night, having been out on Northern Lights tours. The jacuzzi and sauna were both very well received by my group, and we even had a chance to see the Northern Lights briefly from the cabin. The beds are exceptionally comfy, and more than enough extra blankets were provided. Location is great, as it's not too far from Tromsø but also a great location to explore the surrounding areas, whilst feeling far more private and having low light pollution. Reidun was a pleasure too - she's a wonderful host! She went above and beyond for us, and was always easy to get in touch with, which makes the experience so much more pleasant! Thank you for making the trip of a lifetime! :)

Turid and Hans have a gem with their "cabin" - a cozy place with lots of artwork, well equipped kitchen and magnificent views on the fjord and mountains of Ringvasoya. They made us feel like at home and were very responsive to any requests we had. What they couldn't control was the weather, but especially in bad weather the living room with the comfy couch, its many windows and the new sauna with the spectacular view offer perfect distraction and make even a rainy day to a relaxing and rewarding experience. One day we even saw dolphins swim by. Lots of candles and the wood fire in the oven created the perfect atmosphere to wind down from our busy job lives. Thanks for renting this personal space to us.

Absolutely stunning location - we didn’t want to leave!… The cabin is super cosy, warm with lots of space. Really great place to relax and unwind and appreciate the gorgeous surroundings. The cabin was spotless with traditional decor and the facilities at the cabin were great (for a couple or a family) Yngve was the perfect host - always a quick response and happy to help with anything. He sent perfect instructions. It was really easy to find the cabin (40 minutes from Tromso centre) and check-in was a breeze. Yngve also helped with great recommendations of places to visit and restaurants etc We felt very safe, warm and welcome. The absolute cherry on top was the hot tub - fabulous under the stars and trees!! We would go back in a heart beat Love this place

Très bon séjour dans la petite maison de Maria et Nil’s, ce logement est un havre de paix, paisible sur une île magnifique ! Nous avons passé un super et incroyable séjour ! Nous avons pu nous promener dans l’île et admirer les magnifiques paysages!! Nous avons pu voir deux soirs de suites les aurores boréale (endroit parfait pour les voir) Nous avons pu aussi profiter du magnifique jaccuzi dehors. Marie et Nil’s sont très accueillant et très disponible! Nous allons revenir c’est sur! Et plus longtemps ! Calme et sérénités durant ce séjour. Merci beaucoup Marie et Nil’s 🙏🤩☺️

This place is incredible! We came for a little anniversary trip, and really enjoyed our stay. The short (but admittedly steep, as others have mentioned) walk up to the cabin brings you to what feels like a super isolated cabin. We came at the right time of year to take advantage of all the berries right on the doorstep. The cabin itself is very cozy, and the modern amenities (power, water, heat) do not detract from the rustic feel. We spent most of our time enjoying the view from the very comfy couch, and already want to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Andreas’s cabin for a week of ski touring. Before our visit Andreas was really helpful and quick to answer questions. It was a pleasure to meet him when he responded to a request for an additional large cooking pot! We particularly enjoyed the sauna. Great place. Excellent, conscientious host. Thanks!

Cute little cabin in an amazing location. Everything went smoothly and the cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful surroundings with a marina literally on the other side of the road. The northern lights were the best at this spot than any other spots we've tried. Very peaceful and quiet and not too far from Tromsø. Thank you for this beautiful stay.

The cabin is amazing and so is the host Øystein, he even came and met us at our car and helped with snowshoes and a sled for our bags. The location is beautiful and perfect if you love nature!

This stay was by far one of our absolute favorite Airbnbs! The cabin is beautifully designed, spacious, and perfectly situated to take in the breathtaking views of the seaside. Sitting in the cozy living room, watching the ever-changing scenery through the large windows, was an experience in itself—especially since we were lucky enough to see both the northern lights and whales during our stay! The location is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature with almost no neighbors, yet still conveniently close to Tromsø. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals while enjoying the incredible views. The bedrooms were comfortable and everything felt clean and modern. If you're looking for a relaxing escape with stunning scenery and the chance to see incredible wildlife, this is the perfect place. We can't recommend it highly enough and would love to return one day!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille. L’hôte était incroyablement chaleureux et attentionné. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. La maison était impeccable, la vue à couper le souffle, entourée par la nature. Un véritable petit coin de paradis pour se ressourcer en toute tranquillité. We absolutely loved our stay at Mariann’s cabin! It was incredibly cozy and had everything we needed. The view is breathtaking, and we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights right from the terrace, an unforgettable experience! Mariann was very responsive and shared plenty of great tips to help us make the most of the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

Séjour parfait chez Amadeus : le chalet est très confortable, spacieux et chaleureux avec un super environnement aux alentours notammenr pour le ski ! Amadeus a été très réactif et son père très accueillant ! Encore merci pour cette super semaine !

Katherine a mis son gout pour la décoration et son amour des lieux au service des voyageurs. L'endroit est paisible, remarquablement situé pour les amateurs de ski de montagne et si proche de Tromsø finalement... Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

All in all a very satisfying stay. Nothing fancy, but just as described. Very grounded place to be at. Nice view. Rooms are small, but sufficient. Mikkel is very responsive and helpful. Recommended stay.
