It is very close to the A30 making Penzance in the west, and the Eden Project to the East both just over 30 minutes. A well behaved dog is welcome; at extra cost we can provide a dog sitting service.

Beech is one of four holiday apartments within a large converted barn situated near Goonhavern and 3 miles from Perranporth with its famous beach.Beech is a first floor apartment accessed up a flight of stone steps. A communal garden lies at the bottom of the steps with tables and picnic benches. The living room-kitchen is open plan and Beech has one bedroom and one bathroom. Oakridge Farm is set in rolling Cornish countryside yet close to facilities and within easy access of the A30.

An 18th Century hidden gem, full of character

The Annex is a hidden gem nestled at the bottom of a private lane, surrounded by fields. Attached to the main family home but with its own entrance, the annex is very large with one bedroom, a kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom (located downstairs) and a well room! The house is nearly 300 years old and we’ve kept the decor light and spacious. There is ample room for two people or a small family. We have a large garden with lots of space and would love for you to enjoy it too.

Location less than two miles north of Truro City and only five miles from the North Coast (Perranporth, St. Agnes), with plenty options/advice for day trips around the county! The cleaning fee goes direct to Laura from the local village, who makes sure everything is kept spotless.

Bathroom is upstairs. Parking is available on street. The local pub, The Wheel, is about 10 minutes walk from home. Bus stop is a couple of minutes walk away with regular buses into Truro. Mary’s pasty shop and petrol station 5 minutes walk away. Early checkin can be arranged if available.
