Lovely village house, East Pyrenees

This quaint village house is located high up in the pretty hillside village of Rodes. Rodes rests in the Languedoc Roussillon/Pyrenees-Orientales region of France where Mount Canigou dominates the skyline. A 30 minute drive takes you to Perpignan and the stunning Mediterranean coast. The house has breath taking views of Mount Canigou from the rooftop terrace and can comfortably sleep up to 4 persons. It has a private garage, free WIFI and two bikes available for guests to use. On the ground floor is the walk through garage and a utility area with a washing machine. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. The 2nd floor offers open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and an area for relaxing and eating. From here you access the sunny outdoor terrace and the mezzanine bathroom. The house and the area are perfect for a relaxing get away from it all holiday. Nearby is a village shop and easy access to the main road between Perpignan and Andorra. The village of Vinca is within walking distance and you can swim, relax and sunbathe on the shores of the crystal clear lake. Maison Mimosa is located in an exceptionally picturesque area ideal for walking and mountain biking as well as a visit to the world reknowned hot springs at Thomas Les Bains. During the winter season, the nearest slopes are just a 45 minute drive away. The 50 euros rate per night is negotiable dependent on number of guests, number if nights booked and the season. Grenache le corsé mordoré gekwalificeerd op 4 Genoemd naar de zeer populaire druivensoort, waarvan in onze regio heerlijke rode wijn gemaakt wordt. Het appartement (66m²) is comfortabel en geschikt voor één tot vier personen. De uitzichten vanuit de salon en vanaf het terras zijn adembenemend. Grenache beschikt over twee aparte slaapkamers. Één slaapkamer is gelegen op de benedenverdieping, de tweede op de bovenverdieping. Beide slaapkamers hebben een badkamer met inloopdouche en een wastafel.

Nous vous proposons de faire une halte dans notre studio situé dans le petit village de Trouillas. Studio entièrement équipé et indépendant. Il se situe au rez-de-chaussée de notre habitation familiale. Le studio est climatisé. Il dispose d'un patio entièrement privatif, lieu de détente idéal après une journée de visite! Trouillas se trouve sur la route des vins, au cœur des Aspres. Le paradis des amoureux de la randonnée et des visites gastronomiques. L'Espagne est à 20 minutes en voiture.

Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Ce joli appartement est situé sur la dépendance de la maison au 1er étage. Non accessible et non équipé pour les personnes a mobilité réduite . N'hésitez pas à me contacter pour de plus amples informations. A environ 25 min des gorges de Galamus et 10 min de l'aqueduc d'Ansignan. Épicerie Pains et Plats préparés(commande la veille).
