Two cats live on property (Buddy & Braveheart) but probably wont impact on guests unless they are cat lovers!

This cosy self contained apartment is located just 5 minutes by car from the iconic 1000 stairs and just a 15 minute walk to ferntree gully train station. New listing with tv, heating and wifi. On street parking. Please note unfortunately we couldn't get more ceiling clearance when we renovated so if you are over 195cms tall this might not be the ideal place for you. Even without ceiling fans! Secure digital door lock with new code generated for each new guest for peace of mind.

This peaceful studio is 5 mins from Dandenong Ranges National Park and has all you need to make your short stay as comfortable as can be. With simple cooking facilities if you decide you want to stay in , or a plethora of restaurants in the area you will be spoilt for choice. 2 mins walk and you will be amongst towering tree ferns on Griffiths creek or 5 mins drive at a shopping complex in Boronia. The studio attached to the main house has its own private entrance.

Walking distance (15mins) from Boronia or Ferntree gully and less than an hour drive from the CBD, this stay is close to all necessities while enjoying the tranquillity of the one acre garden with firepits or BBQ facilities to use. Pet and family friendly, the bungalow is a great place for two nights or many.

The unit is in our back yard with a gate to access the native reserve with several walking tracks.

Our 1959 vintage caravan is just 12ft long, best for a couple or two friends. Wake up to the sounds of Lyrebirds, enjoy a private walk in our rainforest gully and stroll around the garden, one of the best private gardens in the Dandenongs. Offering a minimum of one night stay for a quick getaway or to stay longer & enjoy the peace, light the fire pit, which is under cover, ideal if it's raining (made from a beer keg), and roast marshmallows.

Bush Haven

A haven at the foot of the Dandenong Ranges, located within easy walking distance of The Basin village. This tranquil self-contained space with separate entry, downstairs of an existing peaceful home, allows you to rest and unwind, or take on more active pursuits. Close by are cafes, restaurants/bars, walking & cycling trails, gardens, markets and more. Longer stays welcome... perhaps a time of transition, perhaps a chance to reflect
