Situated in a quiet sheltered corner of Mounts Bay, Penzance, Cornwall, you will find beautiful, Georgian, Regent Square, one of Penzance’s finest architectural examples of the 1840s. The newly renovated one bedroom, en-suite lower space, is only a stone throw from the promenade, harbour and the sea water art deco lido, Jubilee Pool. With only a short walk to historical Chapel Street/town centre, it has everything to offer including a variety of oldy worldly cosy pubs, and contemporary dining.

Quiet, self contained annexe close to Marazion.

Tresten is a bright airy quiet house on a country road. It is one mile from Marazion, so please bear this in mind if you are on foot, I am always happy to pick you up from Marazion if I’m free. The bedroom has two single beds and is on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable sitting area with tv and armchairs.

Each window in this beautiful wooden cabin offers a unique view.

You can enjoy many coastal walks from here to Marazion or Newlyn and beyond.

The Round house is set in it's own idyllic private woodland overlooking Mount's Bay. Its privacy makes it a great romantic retreat for couples who love the great outdoors and adventure. All the electrics run off solar panels. It's fitted with a wood burner, gas cooker with oven & grill, a fire pit equipped for outdoor cooking and an eco friendly composting toilet. A real step back into nature. It's also home of Cornwall Swimming Horses, so great for riding holidays too.

The annexe is a newly decorated one bedroom annexe arranged over 2 floors. Located in the desirable area of Lelant Downs it offers easy access to the glorious beaches of StIves Bay and Mounts Baywhilst being in walking distance of Mystical Trencrom Hill and St Michaels Way walking trail. We live here in attached bungalow along with 2 elderly cats
