Nice apartment with 10 min to Town Hall Square.

Lovely apartment on the 2nd floor with nice balcony by the bedroom. All necessities for a good stay. The apartment is away from road and noise sources. Courtyard with lawn, furniture and playground. Opposite side tennis/ball court and footpaths for active holidays. 60 m2 divided into 2 rooms with kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom with double bed and in the living room sofa bed that easily folds out to double sleeping space for one adult or 2 young people / children. Fast and free wi-fi and TV.

Renoverat källarplan i gammalt hus

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.

Egen trädgårdsdel där lummiga lövträd och Rydebäcken ger gräns till golfbanan. 500m åt väster finner du sandstranden som inbjuder till bad eller promenad. Vattenkvaliten är i toppklass med blå flagg som erkännande. Lägenheten på ca 50m2 är nyrenoverad och erbjuder kök / allrum, två sovrum, hall samt badrum. Huset ligger i ett lugnt och kulturskyddat område i centrala Landskrona. Parkering kan göras i området, dock ej avgiftsfri utan kostar SEK2/timme dygnet runt. Lägenheten ligger på första våningen i ett tvåfamiljshus, där värdparet bor i lägenheten ovanför. Ytan är ca 74 kvm, fördelat på kök, badrum, sovrum med dubbelsäng samt två vardagsrum, varav i det ena finns en bäddsoffa. Gården lummig och inbjudande och erbjuder flera sittplatser.
