Welcome to the River House! Stay in our renovated home on the Choptank River of MD's Eastern Shore, with your own low-tide beach and magnificent sunsets. We offer a peaceful location and thoughtful detail, creating a memorable getaway for a relaxing weekend or remote work location. Enjoy a day on the river with our paddle board or 2 kayaks, and end the day around the firepit. In cool weather, cozy up next to the fireplace. Also, visit nearby towns--St. Michaels, Easton, Oxford, and Chestertown.

There are tons of outdoor activities to do from fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and biking. This is a gorgeous piece of property on Maryland’s eastern shore. Historic Berkeley Hall in the heart of town

Berkeley hall is centrally located in historic Saint Michaels. Park your car and walk to everything! Great shops, restaurants and 3 blocks to the water. First floor includes a high ceiling parlor that connects to a lovely side porch and large kitchen. There is a mahogany staircase that takes you to the 2nd floor that has 2 master suites. One has a king bed the other has a queen bed w/ ladder to loft which is best for kids -has a twin size futon sofa bed. Perfect home for a romantic getaway.

Rosses Chance Guest House

This lovely guest cottage is located on a historic 16 acre waterfront estate on Hudson Creek that includes a main house, barn, pool, dock and pond. Built in the 18th century tidewater style, the guesthouse is charming and well decorated and completely self efficient. A special place for your romantic getaway at any season of the year. Recently cell phone service has improved and is reliable. However, in the country, WiFi internetl can be slow at times as well as the Wifi TV streaming.

Wittman Cottage is located on a beautiful stretch of waterfront views. It is a very nice vacation spot for the family. You can relax and watch the beautiful sunsets from our very large screened porch, or drive to shop and dine in St. Michael's and visit the Maritime Museum which is only 7 miles away..
