Traversa: soggiorni in case vacanze

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Florenz, Simone war sehr nett und wir konntetn sogar früher einchecken das war seeehr nett und hat uns vieles erleichtert. Simone hat sich auch während dem Aufenthalt nach unserem Befinden erkundigt. Der Parkplatz befindet sich nocht auf dem Grundstück aber es gab viele Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe zu parkieren.

Wir verbrachten zu zweit 4 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, so dass wir den unglaublich schönen und großen Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, der Blick ins Tal fantastisch! Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Im Ort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Wir sind aufgrund des Regens mit dem Auto in den Ort gefahren, ansonsten wären wir die 30 Minuten sicherlich auch zu Fuß gegangen. wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten! We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het appartement van Filippo. Gary was een erg fijne en behulpzame gastheer. Hij gaf ons goede tips voor de omgeving en restaurants in de buurt. Het appartement is lekker ruim en mooier dan op de fotos. Verder is de ligging super, erg rustig en prachtig uitzicht tussen de druiven en olijfbomen. Elke dag hoorden we bijeneters overvliegen ;D We hadden geluk met het weer, het was heerlijk zonnig waardoor we bijna elke dag het zwembad hebben kunnen gebruiken (al was deze nog wel wat fris ;)). The apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings. It takes quite a while to get there up the hill, but the views reward it! The place was clean and well-prepared for our stay. Good spot if you look for some peace and quiet and want to stay away from the noise!

Wir hatten wundere 12 Tage in Monsummano. Das Haus liegt optimal um die Toscana zu erkunden. Die Lage ist eifach top! Zu Fuss erreicht man gute Restaurants, Eisdielen und Cafés. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen und Kommunikation mit Daniele war spitzenmässig!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 👌😀👍

Un angolo di intimità e romanticismo dove staccare completamente. Tutto perfetto, host gentilissimo e disponibile, la piscina riscaldata con un buon impianto audio è una goduria. Un eccellente vista sulla natura dei dintorni e soprattutto una estrema privacy. Il centro è 7 minuti di macchina, ma sembra d'essere fuori dalla città.

Fermatevi qui per qualche giorno di pace e armonia e lasciatevi affascinare dalle storie di questi luoghi raccontate da Marco e Alessandro, persone accoglienti e gentili. Il loro entusiasmo per il borgo e i sentieri che lo circondano è contagioso. Condividete le serate gustando un buon bicchiere di vino, rinfrescatevi al ruscello sotto casa e esplorate i sentieri intorno alla casa immersa nel bosco. La casetta è provvista di tutto il necessario: il letto è comodissimo e l'acqua in casa proviene direttamente dal ruscello di montagna, limpida e genuina. Vi consiglio di portare qualche vivero, poiché non ci sono negozi nei dintorni se non a diversi chilometri di distanza. Qui troverete tranquillità assoluta, aria fresca e storie antiche. Niente auto, inquinamento e pericoli per i bambini: un vero sogno! Il tempo passa molto lentamente, riportando il ritmo della vita a una dimensione umana. Valentina e' una ragazza solare che ti accoglie con un sorriso meraviglioso e gia qs fa cominciare bene la vacanza. Le foto descrivono benissimo l appartamento. Abbiamo passato momenti di relax,combinati con bellissime escursioni.Tutto ben raggiungibile con l Auto. Piscina Top. Struttura ordinata e pulita. Climatizzazione perfetta. Valentina ci ha dato un sacco di consigli x potere raggiungere Firenze,cosa visitare ed anche un ottimo ristorante. Il suo papa' cura il giardino con una gran passione ed il risultato e' un oasi di pace da godere a pieno. Molto apprezzati anche il pensiero di benvenuto e un pensiero x portarsi a casa un po' di colle del sole. Per la prossima vacanza in Toscana,torneremo di sicuro da voi! grazie di cuore

Patrizia war super hilfsbereit und freundlich . Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist herrlich. Man erreicht alle großen Städte (Pisa, Florenz, Lucca) innerhalb von 1 -1.5 Stunden

À notre arrivée, le magnifique bouquet de fleurs qui nous attendait nous a fait très plaisir. L’accueil était parfait et le logement également, à tous points de vue. Nous recommandons particulièrement cette adresse. Philippe

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Wir würden direkt mit einem kleinen Geschenkkörbchen empfangen. Es war sauber, gab alles was beschrieben war und noch mehr (Spielmöglichkeiten für meinen Sohn) alles zum Wäache waschen, etc. Wir waren an verschiedenen Zielen wie Florenz, Pisa, etc. und das Ferienhaus war ein guter Ausgangspunkt! :) Bei Fragen oder generell haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Das Haus empfehle ich von ganzem Herzen und würde auch nochmal zum Urlaub hin fahren :))

We had a fantastic week at Chiara & Cristiana’s house. It was a spacious and clean house, which was very well equipped. We loved the big kitchen table for family meals and our children had fun on the piano! The gardens were great. We enjoyed swimming in the beautiful big pool and playing ping pong! Chiara was always very helpful. Her parents were lovely too. Her dad gave us some delicious big home grown tomatoes! There was a nice pizzeria near by & a supermarket 10 minutes away. Thank you for a fabulous holiday!

Staying at Flora's was nothing short of magical! We spent a week at Flora's with our kids (3.5 and 6.5) during April and had a lovely time. The unit is comfortable, well kept and cosy. The surroundings are quiet and picturesque. The location makes it easy to travel around northern Tuscany in a rental car, and you can also park at the town nearby (2 mins drive) and take the bus to Florence (which takes about 30 minutes). Flora herself is a kind and attentive host and made us feel so welcome. Our kids loved playing with Goofy the dog and watching the chickens from across the fence. The fresh eggs, olive oil, cookies and sweet wine were a nice and welcoming touch. We feel lucky to have had the opportunity to say at Flora's and would wholeheartedly recommend it!

Le logement proposé par Gino est très bien ! Fiesole est une charmante petite ville et les accès à Florence se font très bien. Ils nous ont donné toutes les infos nécessaires pour y accéder facilement. Ils sont réactifs, et il est très facile de communiquer avec eux. Le logement est parfait, très propre. J'ai eu de nombreuses expériences avec Airbnb et je dois dire que c'est la première que j'ai un si bon accueil. Un grand merci à Gino et Antonello !

Lorenzo has been the best host we have ever had in airbnb. First, he accepted immediately and with no questions our short notice request to shorten our stay by a day when our flight plans suddenly changed. Second he equipped the rental with all sorts of baby stuff to accommodate our baby during our stay. Third, we was extremely helpful when after a rainy week in fiesole the hills were muddy and we got stuck, he used his tractor to pull us out in the middle of the night. All in all to say he was an extremely helpful and friendly host and we highly recommend his place.

Bellissima villetta a Massarella, un punto strategico per girare le città toscane di Pisa,Lucca,Firenze,Livorno e Siena. Siamo stati in 8 persone molto comodi, ogni stanza ha il suo bagno personale, c'è una bella cucina con piano a induzione e una grande tavola da pranzo, e dispone di un bellissimo soggiorno con la stufa a legna, dispone inoltre di un ampio giardino con piscina. I proprietari Yulia e Stefano sono stati molto accoglienti e ci hanno dato un sacco di dritte per girare le città toscane. Consigliatissimo!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house felt like living in a small museum - authentic Tuscan style — yet still very convenient and comfortable for our family. The surroundings were stunning: olive trees, roads, peaceful mountains, and unforgettable sunsets. I especially enjoyed trail running in the nearby hills - an amazing experience! We had lovely day trips to Pisa, Florence, Siena, Lucca, Vinci, and several smaller but equally beautiful places. This location was the perfect base for exploring Tuscany, and we’re so happy we chose it. Thank you, Benedetta, for a memorable stay!

Хороший дом, просторная спальня на втором этаже, приятный внутренний дворик, в котором можно позавтракать или поужинать, если нет дождя. Вторая двуспальная кровать все же больше подходит для одного человека, но есть диван, где два человека легко уместятся, но слышимость улицы уже будет высокая, с утра могут разбудить люди или шум транспорта. В остальном дом хороший и достаточно комфортный, на автобусе легко можно доехать до центра за минут 15-20, и неплохой супермаркет в 10 минутах ходьбы. Спасибо хозяину, что был на связи :)

Le logement de Simona est spacieux, propre et calme. Il est idéalement situé entre Florence et Pise, on peut visiter différents sites de Toscane, soit en utilisant la voiture (il y a des parkings gratuits par exemple à Pise et à Lucques) ou en utilisant le train. Nous avons été bien accueillies et avons passé un agréable séjour. Merci à Simona et à sa maman.
