Transylvania: soggiorni in cottage

Very tempted to leave a bad review to deter others from pushing the price up as this is a GEM which must be seen. No cons only pros, if you want a Romanian rustic experience this is by far the best choice you can make.

Overall great stay. We arrived late but Andras was there to welcome us and show us the place. Super quite small village. We had some trouble to find the place but Andras was super nice to guide us through. Would definitely visit again soon.

Locatia este foarte faina pentru familii cu copii si nu numai. Animalele de la ferma sunt foarte faine, catelul lor este o minune si o frumusete. Au tiroliana, panou de catarat, poti sa tragi cu arcul( copiii pot trage, arcul fiind pentru acestia, dar foarte haios). Casa este curata, poate fii o problema pentru o femeie cu bebelus sa urce sau sa coboare la si de la etaj. Zona in sine este buna daca vrei sa scapi de nebuneala orasului. Domnul Constantin este de treaba, am stat cu el la o poveste dar fara sa fie deranjant. Un haiduc adevarat!👊👊👊Copiii in varste de 6-12 ani s-au distrat maxim. Ce trebuie retinut: nu as aprecia ca fiind un loc pentru simandicosi si oameni de genul care au nevoie sa le faca cineva totul. Desii sunt lemne taiate este necesar sa bagi pe foc pt ca este mare casa. Ciubarul din pacate se incalzeste foarte greu, noi dupa multe ore de facut foc in soba aferenta am renuntat la a mai face baie. Este drept ca a fost destul de frig afara😁Sauna este contra cost.

From the first moment at TinyHouse in Sirnea we were made to feel so welcome. Being accommodated early due to changing travel plans was really generous. Mãdã is so kind and friendly and together with her lovely family (and dogs) pulled out all the stops to make the place cosy and comfortable, from cute fairy lights, amazing Romanian wine and a really nicely decorated, super clean, tranquil home-from-home. Mãdã also had lots of helpful tips and assisted us organising local transportation. The views of the Bucegi mountains from the TinyHouse are epic, plus the Piatru Craiului national park was a short walk away with some incredible scenic hikes with wildlife. Sitting under the stars back home on the terrace was a special experience too. It’s safe to say this is the best Airbnb either of us have ever stayed in!

Am petrecut un weekend minunat in aceasta locatie alaturi de familie si prieteni! Pensiunea e minunata, arata mai bine ca in poze si copiii s-au putut da cu sania in curte. Sper sa revenim cat de curand.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again. The house has everything that you can think of: dishwasher (very useful), washing machine, a juicer, coffee maker, an oven, fireplace, massage chair, big fridge and freezer, lounge chairs for relaxing on the terrace or garden, hammocks, badminton, fresbee, games, jacuzzi, a very nice terrace, a swing, a grill, lots and lots of green space etc. You can buy eggs or handmade products made with care like tomatoe paste, pesto, jam, syrups and much more. If you are lucky you can spot deers, rabbits and badgers on the property. Very peaceful place, very clean, private, a great place to recharge and reconnect with nature in all the comfort you need.

Wir waren für zwei schöne Nächte bei Vlad und konnten noch am selben Tag der Buchung einchecken. Sehr einfache und angenehme Kommunikation auf Englisch. Die Unterkunft ist schön traditionell, minimalistisch und hat alles was man braucht. Am schönsten waren die Öfen, da wir leider Pech mit dem Wetter hatten. Es haben uns öfter Katzen und Hunde besucht. Man sollte kein Essen auf der Veranda vergessen. ;-) unser Hund hatte eine schöne Zeit, und da auch die Veranda ausbruch- sicher war, konnten wir uns entspannen. Es ist herrlich ruhig. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar einen Schnaps bekommen. Auch die umliegenden Hügel lohnen sich zu erkunden. Wer mit dem Auto nach Cluj fährt, wird keine Probleme haben. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne mal wieder! Vielen Dank, lieber Vlad!

Am descoperit un loc de basm! Unde cu siguranță ne vom întoarce. Am petrecut cel mai frumos Crăciun ever. Gazda este de vis ! Super drăguță, ne-a așteptat regește cu ciubărul pornit! Recoman cu căldura! Un loc absolut minunat de unde pleci cu bateriile încărcate 😘💖

O lucuinta frumoasa situata intr-o zona linistita

A perfect cottage at the foot of the Fagaras mountains, right next to a very nice mountain stream. Very quiet and peaceful, yet close to Sibiu and the many great places of the region. Communication with Tibi was quick, uncomplicated and very nice - we'll surely come back!

Ne-am simtit foarte bine in casuta. 5 adulti, 2 copii si 2 catei. Zona este foarte frumoasa si sunt trasee superbe si usoare in Moeciu de Sus. Bunicuta e tare simpatica si da un plus locatiei. Mai revenim!

This is a very cozy place to enjoy a nice time with the family. It has a nice look as well as a lot of useful facilities. Recommended!

O cabană de vis, perfectă pentru deconectare totală! Fără TV și fără semnal, te bucuri de liniște, focul din șemineu și atmosfera caldă a lemnelor trosnind. Relaxare pură într-un loc superb!

Great house, very friendly for families with children who like rural area and authentic houses. The host was communicative, very nice and big garden with a camp fire place where the kids enjoyed making afire and cooking potatoes.

Verkligen lugnt och fridfullt boende. Tillräckligt långt ifrån stan för att inte höra något alls men med bil tar man sig snabbt runt. Mysig rymlig stuga med alla moderna bekvämligheter. Extremt bekväm säng. Vackra omgivningar och oerhört tyst. Stor innergård, trevlig veranda att koppla av på på morgonen och på kvällen.

Am avut un eveniment fantastic la această pensiune, unde am sărbătorit petrecerea burlăcițelor. Totul a fost absolut superb! Atmosfera a fost minunată, iar proprietarii au fost extrem de amabili și atenti la nevoile noastre.Recomand cu încredere această pensiune pentru orice tip de eveniment special! Mulțumim încă o dată pentru o experiență de neuitat!

Recomand cu tot dragul! Foarte curat, mobilier nou, iar foisorul închis chiar este atractia locatiei. Gazda atenta si receptiva.Vom reveni cu siguranta!

We stayed in George's Wood Cabin before and once again we were not disappoited with our choice. The cabin is very cosy, and despite the appearance feels very spacios. George is very kind and fexible, and communication is always very smooth with him. I would higly recommend visiting the Wood Cabin! It's located in a beautiful mountain region and it's a great choice for those who love hicking or long walks in the mountain. Thank you George once again for making us feel like home!

We had a very nice experience in this cottage in the middle of the nature. Anja is reactive and kind host.

Diana's kingdom is an island of peace and nature. As soon as you enter, time stops for a moment and then the magic happens. This is an amazing property with a great host. This was the highlight of our trip in Romania. Absolutely gorgeous area, house beautifully decorated, with great attention to details. The area is secluded, but close to town - you often hear the cow bells int he evening and smell the hay. A slice of heaven. Felicia the host was very helpful connecting us with local businesses where we purchased milk, eggs, and cheese. Can't recommend this place enough.
