Bevásárló központ, gyorséttermek, uszodák szintén 10-15 perc sétával elérhetők. Központi helyen fekszik, közel vannak a boltok, buszmegállók, piac, játszótér, kórház , Pláza bevásárlóközpont. A parkolásért hétköznap reggel 8-18 óráig 320ft/ óra kell fizetni. , hétvégén ingyenes. Közel a belváros , gyalog 15 perc .A lakásban csak a foglalásban lévő személyek tartózkodhatnak. A lakás bulik tartására nem alkalmas , így az nem tartható. A házirend betartása mindeni számára kötelező.
