Bernie's is a super comfortable home base for friends, family, and pets to relax after a day outside. A totally unique setting: stay inside the living quarters of a historic church! Completely renovated with much care to preserve the features that give the space great character and authenticity. Your suite has 3 separate bedrooms, a generous living space, dining area, private laundry and a fully equipped kitchen. Moosu Guest House and Spa, Cedar Hot Tub and Sauna

Moosu Guest House is a railroad style cabin designed for two people with 12 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom for a superb stargazing experience. The private outdoor spa features a salt water cedar hot tub and barrel sauna. Turkish spa towels and cozy robes are provided to complete the spa experience. As part of your stay you will be welcomed with a package including coffee from Nelson’s two iconic roasters Oso Negro and No6 Coffee Co, and tea from Nelson’s Virtue Tea.

Next to the rail-trail, 30min to Nelson, central to 2major ski areas and 5min. from night skiing in Salmo, close to many beautiful lakes in the area. This spacious suite can accommodate 4-5 persons as it has a Queen bed, a high-end pullout sofa and twin cot. It has a beautiful shower room and a well appointed kitchen and new appliances for you to cook with. Floor heating keeps you cozy and warm and the big windows make you feel being part of nature. It also has a barbeque on the covered porch.

Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Our beautiful 1100 sq.ft executive 2 bedroom suite boasts exceptional unobstructed views of the Kootenays. The 800 sq.ft private deck provides a place to enjoy the sensational sunrises and a BBQ to prepare meals at sunset. Gourmet kitchen contains everything you need, or we are just a short 5 minute walk to town. Off street parking, separate entrance with keypad, and laundry included. Guests have access to a ski locker at Red Mountain and secure bike storage on the premises.
