Walkers will love the Burren landscapes, while music lovers are only 7 minutes from Kinvara’s famous sessions, pubs, cafés and Dunguaire Castle. Traught Beach and a local pub are close by. Ideal for couples and solo travellers.

Ambassador's Beach Cottage Wild Atlantic Way

A short drive from Dunguire Castle in the scenic town of Kinvara famous for traditional Irish pubs/resturants , the gateway to the Burren. Also numerous top golf courses in the area.

The Blue Yard

The Blue Yard is a tiny home on the beautiful drive-on island of Aughinish, 12 km outside the sea-side town of Kinvara, named one of the top ten beautiful villages in Ireland. Aughinish Island is accessed by a 1 km causeway (not tidal) and is an area of unspoilt beauty with local pebble beaches a five minute walk away and the sandy beach of Traught a ten min drive away (8 km). You'll be staying on the Clare-Galway border with both the wildness of the Burren and Galway city at your doorstep.

With stunning views of Galway Bay, this luxurious ensuite studio is tucked away on a very private and beautifully landscaped acre lot. A three-minute walk down our road takes you to the waterfront. A lovely hiking trail is just up the hill past St. Patrick's Church. Located in the village of New Quay on the scenic Wild Atlantic Way, we are on the route to Ballyvaughan and the Ciffs of Moher. (A car is necessary - we are in a very beautiful rural area with very limited public transport.)

Enjoy a stay in our newly converted tiny house. We are situated on the Wild Atlantic Way, looking out at the Burren near Galway Bay. We hope our guests do too. We are in an ideal location for cycling, walking or swimming in the Sea and can provide storage for your Bicycles.

Be our guests and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay in our newly renovated boutique guest suite. Situated just a few minutes drive from the picturesque fishing village of Kinvara on the Wild Atlantic Way. Explore the many walking trails and scenic beaches in the locality, more information of which can easily be found online. Kinvara has many places to dine and why not enjoy a drink in one of the many traditional Irish pubs which frequently host Irish trad music sessions.

Sycamore Cottage, 2 bedroom cottage beside the sea

Sycamore Cottage is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Killeenaran, fifteen miles from Galway. All ground floor the cottage can sleep four people in two double bedrooms one with an en-suite shower room as well as a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen and sitting room with dining area and oil-burning stove. Outside is ample off road parking and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Ideally a car is necessary when staying at this cottage.

Atlantic Retreat Luxury Apartment 1 w/Burren Views

The Atlantic Retreat Lodge is a completely remodeled cottage with modern and all-new building equipment/appliances. This luxurious and stylish cottage is situated in a quiet cul-du-sac on Galway Bay peninsula just a 9 min drive away from the vibrant village of Kinvara . Galway Bay is 500 meters away and famous Traught Beach is in 1 km distance. You can enjoy great Burren views. The house consists of an apartment on the top floor and one apartment on the ground floor.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The chalet is nestled at the foot of Oughtmama Mountain amongst ash, hazel, and whitethorn trees. It's the perfect location for walking on the Burren pavement, caving, rock climbing, foraging on the shore, or swimming in the Atlantic. You can enjoy a delicious meal and a pint in one of the many great pubs or restaurants in the area, or you can shop in one of the local farmer's markets and cook up a storm in the chalet.

The micro-cabins are almost 100% off-grid, with a wood burning stove, solar powered lighting, etc. The leafy outside area has a deck/porch, and a patio area solely for guests use. There's lots to do locally, with beaches nearby, and a short walk will bring you to the heart of this colourful village, with lively pubs, good restaurants, Irish music. Kinvara is an ideal base to explore The Burren.
