Toyama: soggiorni in alloggi con caminetto

Wow, where to start! Staying at Shinji’s was an experience of a lifetime and a highlight of my Japan trip. From the moment I arrived I could tell this was a special place. Shinji is an incredible host and is also incredibly kind. If you have the opportunity to come here, don’t pass it up! Thank you so much again for the amazing stay.

Tomo is a super host. Very interesting, he likes to share things from Japan and the life in Hida and around. Very good advise for us to go at the Onsen nearby. Thanks Tomo The very good side was the snow all around! But it was soooo coooold! We'd like to come back, at another time of the year, and enjoy the main room with normal temperatures!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! . Tucked away from the main road, the house offers a peaceful and quiet environment. Inside, it’s beautifully decorated—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and safety. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. When we arrived at the house, the entire house was clean, and we were impressed by the huge 75" TV, projector as well as the number of amenities that the host has supplied. If I return to Takaoka, I would definitely stay here again. I’ll also be recommending this place to my family and friends visiting the area. A well-deserved five-star experience!

What an incredible house, every element, every detail: from the floor to the ceiling, to the roof of the house tells us a story, the garden is simply magnificent. We appreciated the quality of the futons as well as the attention offered by the owner. The location was perfect we ate in a wonderful little restaurant a few minutes walk from Soba. There are a whole bunch of amenities nearby, the neighborhood is so peaceful, everything is easy to access. There are so many things to do and see nearby. We will stay there again with great pleasure and for much longer. A pleasure and thank you again, we enjoyed feeding the Koi in the morning.

I had a long stay of 3 months at Marina’s house. The location was perfect for enjoying Toyama city. A bike was provided but I didn’t need to use it much because the local tram transportation got me everywhere I wanted to go. I would happily do another long or short term stay if I am able to!
