We'd love to have you as our guests on the Peaceful Side of the Smokies!! We're somewhat new to Airbnb, but not new to providing wonderful stays at our place in Townsend. Located 2 miles up the mountain from the Townsend Visitor Center, we're in a gated community (not a cabin village) that gives you a private, serene experience just 3 miles from the entrance to the Smokies. We’re in a private neighborhood, so we ask our guests to observe speed limits, one way roads, and quiet hours. Have fun!

New charming lodge with 360 views on 3.3 acres

Big Sky Lodge sits on 3.3 acres with 360 degree views of the mountains and woods. It is a brand new build with lots of quiet places to relax. We’ve paid attention to design details with plush beds, double oven, high end fireplace, custom cabinets, large deck, stamped patios and fire pit. The kitchen is loaded with nice pots and pans and pottery baking dishes. Every bedroom has a television as do both living rooms. The top of the property is locally considered one of the best views in Townsend.

This comfortable mountain studio is the perfect getaway when it's time to get away from everything and enjoy a little solitude! It's perfect for solo travelers, best friends traveling together, or couples alike. This escape features a private patio with an outdoor dining area and grill. Inside, you will find vaulted ceilings, large smart TV with Apple TV, a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, a microwave, a two-person wall-mounted table, a comfortable bed with a sofa sleeper, and a private bathroom.

Spend time here fishing in the river right outside your door, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 3 minutes away or taking a short drive into Knoxville for an iconic UT football game. If that doesn't fill your vacation with plenty to do, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only a short drive away.
