Overall, I really liked the place. My whole family was able to stay very simply it was let us stairs, so must have the ability to walk up many stairs to get to the room. Also, the water heater switch was something that I figured out just being In Jamaica a lot it wasn’t necessarily something told to me so I think a part of the instruction should be turn on the water heater an hour before you need the water to be hot cause I took two days of cold showers before figuring out the timing of the water heater. There was only 1 remote for the ACs & the entire place so some people ended up sleeping & freezing because another person had the one remote in their room and they didn’t want to disturb them so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, the place was super neat super clean. The beds were great & she was a great host. I would definitely say that the veranda’s were dirty and the main reason we chose this spot was because we’d be able to walk into the beach but couldn't bc algae.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy, and close to all major amenities. Extremely beautiful view from the porch and we never had to use the ac unit because of the cool breeze throughout the apartment.

This was an extra special Airbnb, the place is absolutely beautiful. The pictures dont do it any justice. it's an absolutely breathtaking view right outside the porch. drift off to sleep with the sound of waves. Glenise made us amazing local food - escovitch fish, ackee and saltfish, goat curry, brown stew chicken, oxtail curry, callaloo, plantains, will run out of space describing everything! Nicola was very pro- active, very friendly and helpful and super responsive as a host. Dalton was an excellent tour guide and driver who went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend for families with young children but even couples. This is truly one of my best Airbnb experiences so far and I have had over 30 in the last 5 years.

The host here was very responsive and always willing to help which is the most important part to me when vacationing in another country :)

An amazing stay ! Very clean, spacious. Every room felt like home. The kitchen had all the necessities needed. The pool area was beautiful. 10/10 recommend, you won’t regret your stay there!

Ince is one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure if meeting. He was supper accommodating, helpful and honest. I booked Ince’s place to celebrate my birthday and he went above and beyond to make my birthday special. My room was filled with balloons and the happy birthday banner that made it extra special with no extra cost. The location is great. And I would recommend anyone coming to Ochi Rios to book his place you will not be disappointed. The penthouse style views from Ince’s place were breathtaking. Stay here! Five start place from a five start host.

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! Our stay at Santa Maria was fantastic! The villa is in a perfect location for exploring Ocho Rios, with top attractions just minutes away. The facilities were excellent, and we loved the pool area and the private sea access, which made for an unforgettable experience. The community was warm and welcoming, adding to the charm of our stay. A special shoutout to Nadine, the housekeeper, who was lovely—she cooked us delicious meals and shared great local tips. The place was exactly as advertised. The roof top has breath taking views. I sat out there early mornings and late nights. Everal is a great host . It was a busy time in Jamaica with Easter and Spring Break but Everal was attentive and made sure we had a great stay. I truly enjoyed my time and would choose to book this same host and condo.

We had a grest stay at Trish's place. Loved the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. Loved that her place has a modern finish, was clean and had a spacious feel despite being a small apartment. Appreciated that extra towels were provided. I actually forgot to notify her that only one beach towel was left even though we had booked for two but know she would have rectified that immediately given her prompt response to anything we needed help with. We would definitely stay at her place again.
