Mon logement se situe à 100 mètres de la mythique plage des Estagnots ,spot de surf internationalement connu par tous les amoureux de la glisse et des sensations. Vous apprécierez cet endroit pour l'emplacement ,le calme ,l’accès immédiat aux pistes cyclables ,la proximité des commerces ainsi que des golfs . Place de parking dans la propriété. Accès piscine exclusivement réservé aux propriétaires. Nous avons un chien que nous tenons à l’écart des voyageurs. Nous n’acceptons pas les animaux.

Its balcony has a nice view over the pine trees. 5 minutes walk from convenience stores (bakery, restaurants, supermarket...). The villa is located at walking distance from the beach, next to the lake and the golf course. You can walk or bike to the centre of Vieux Boucau, where you can find restaurants and shops. Weekly rental: from Saturday to Saturday (in high season). Max. 12 people (kids included). Under no circumstances it is allowed to add people.
