We’ve been traveling for 17 years, stayed all over the Caribbean. Andy’s place in St John was perfect for us. The view was beautiful and the place was amazing. Not if, but when we return, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. After reading and writing so many reviews, there’s always going to be a few that you just can’t please. Thank you Andy for allowing us to stay in your little bit of paradise. Kevin and Aliceann.

We had a a very peaceful stay at Cassie's place. Even with a family upstairs, it was very quiet in our unit. The views are stunning and the kitchen is well equipped. We ended up cancelling our only dinner reservation to spend more time relaxing at the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. John. Isa was so friendly and welcoming, always offering helpful recommendations and suggestions. She always made sure we had everything we need. Her home is beautiful and was the perfect place to stay on the island. The place was peaceful and her artwork was stunning. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thanks Isa!

We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and private this home was considering its proximity to restaurants and the main thoroughfare in Coral Bay! It was so convenient for us to get to all the beaches we love to snorkel at AND the very best dinners were at Sharky’s right outside our front gate!! So we did not have to drive to dinner most nights!! We could walk to Crabby’s, practically next door for snorkel rentals. There is also a small market right behind Crabby’s. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately as Jose was living on the premises. We only saw him when we needed help with something. Only concern for Seniors is the winding stairwell to go upstairs to bedrooms and main bathroom. Fortunately, there is a first floor bathroom and shower we also really appreciated being Seniors ourselves!! We LOVED the screened porch surrounding the home and the small pool was refreshing after a snorkel. There is a hose for cleaning sand off everything by the pool.

Breakfast tacos on the covered patio was a wonderful break from the wedding festivities at Long Bay Beach resort. Fresh flowers were a lovely greeting. The air conditioners worked quickly! We were bid goodbye by a beautiful view of a double rainbow over the bay from the upstairs bedroom balcony on our last morning. The stairs made getting to and from the resort for wedding activities a breeze. Thank you, Sophie!

We loved our stay at the Yellow Flamingo. we traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids the size of adults(14 and 12). Honestly, I was very pleased with the condo. Based on the pictures and previous experiences with smaller rentals, I was afraid we were going to be cramped or the kids bed was going to be too small. I was pleasantly surprised they had enough room to share the sofa and we had enough room to maneuver around each other. We were very pleased with the location too it was a quick scenic drive to any of the main beaches. The view from the pool was great! The pool had a ledge to sit and was about 6 ft deep in the middle. The kids were slightly disappointed they couldn't touch bottom. This was the only complaint from them and it didn't matter because they got their water fix at the beach. The kitchen setup was great because we were able to fix quick dinners easily. Our host could not have done anything more to make our stay better.

We loved staying at Jon’s place. The house was pristine and had everything we needed. Jon was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. He was available when needed but was not intrusive whatsoever. The walk to town is a fun adventure, but not for those unsteady on their feet (narrow trail, and steep hill). The house was perfect for our large family. Jon had lights ready for the power outages that are common on the island (never over 1-2 hours). Hot tub, snorkel gear, and beach chairs were huge perks. We snorkeled right in the backyard.

Such a lovely home with one if the most beautiful views on Tortola!

If you need to stay near the airport, this is a great option. Communication was great and the place was very clean. Exactly as described

We absolutely loved staying at Ramona's place. The Cruz Bay area is walkable to majority of the restaurant in the area. The bakery below the lofts has amazing breakfast options, sweet treats, sandwiches and coffee. The area was very pleasant and convenient for our short stay. We will be back and will stay here again.

Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb on Tortola! The unit was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed, from a full kitchen to cozy outdoor seating. I left the doors open while I was there to take advantage of the lovely breeze. And while the unit has air conditioning O didn’t turn it on until I went to bed. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and full of local tips that made my trip extra special. Whether you’re looking to relax or adventure, this place is a perfect home base while you’re on Tortola.

Great place and great host!

Apart from the hill, this was an exceptional place. Everything needed for a day at the beach was there and it was fantastic. We walked the hill a couple times and grabbed taxis the rest of the trips. Good location and a fantastic view. Would stay again!

My stay at Greenbank Guest House was absolutely incredible! The home is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. Yokasta was a phenomenal host—her communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless. My mother and I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Greenbank Guest House to anyone visiting Tortola, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

We had a great stay in the apartment, it's spacious and clean. Chirag welcomed us with refreshing drinks. There was everything we needed and even more: water dispenser, dishwasher, two beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. The Wifi was good and we never had power shortage thanks to solar panels and Tesla battery. In the evenings we watched sunsets on the big terrace. To get there we recommend to rent a Jeep because the apartment is on the hill. The downtown is about 15 minutes walk and the nearest supermarket is 7 min walk.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was perfect and I would not want to stay anywhere else. It was very clean, had a nice view, and was extremely walkable to Cruz Bay restaurants. The studio was a good size for my husband and our 2 kids. The resort and the amenities were great. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The pool was warm and the hot tub very nice. There were elevators which was nice for me being very pregnant. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. Would 100% stay here again.

We loved wanderlust! It was private enough without being totally secluded. It was close enough to stores and restaurants without being right in the middle of the busy town area. All of our needs were met by this quaint little condo by the sea. The outdoor area was our favorite place to spend Our mornings and evenings. The host were all very helpful with quick responses and went above and beyond to make our once in a lifetime trip, enjoyable, easy and very relaxing! I highly recommend this condo. There was very little that we needed to bring and or purchase as it was very well stocked and furnished. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer located on the property. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well the entire trip what a great little place by the sea!

Lovely apartment in Cruz Bay with beautiful porch and comfortable, clean amenities and lovely decor. We stayed for one week with our 13 and 14 year old. We were worried it wouldn't be big enough with two teens, but the set up was perfect. We were able to let them sleep in on the fold outs in living room while we enjoyed coffee on the porch. No complaints about the fold outs - everything was comfortable and there were enough extra, quality linens to make up nice beds. The apartment is very comfortable, and the ability to open it all up to the island breezes was ideal. We never needed to run the AC during the day (we chose to at night so we could close the windows to avoid hearing the early morning roosters.) The hosts were great; responsive and helpful! They responded quickly on an afternoon returning from the beach when we accidentally reset the keypad entry and were locked out. We were tired, sandy and hungry and they had us back in the apartment within 15 minutes. Would stay again

This home was well appointed and very comfortable for our family of six. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants and stores and felt very safe doing so. The kitchen was well stocked and they had plenty of beach accessories available too. Absolutely loved the view. It was stunning!

This was our first time staying in St.John. The place was perfect and the view was amazing. The complex is gated, private, and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, deck, playing pool, talking to the concierge, and drinks- there is a chef but didnt get a chance to use. The beach chairs, towels, and cooler also came in handy. We spent our days on hikes and at the beaches. Every trail ends at a great beach (Brown, Reef, and Ram- our favorite hikes)! Evenings we had dinner in cruz bay. Many places do allow for reservations. If you hike make sure you bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, and good shoes. We snorkled at all the beaches. We used the markets to buy groceries-the room has microwave fridge with a freezer! We did have a jeep which I would recommend if staying here and wanting to get around the island. We walked to town once but the roads are steep. The host was awesome and I look forward to planning a return trip!

Amazing location. We stayed here for a wedding at Seastar Villa across the street. Close enough to the wedding venue to walk and 5 minutes to the stores in Red Hook

My wife and I travelled with our two adult children and this place provided more than adequate space for the 4 of us without us feeling cramped. The views from the deck were fantastic. The property provided all that we needed. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided, which was nice. Parking was provided. The pool was situated in a spot for great views as well. A couple of things worth noting. This property does not have a generator as a backup power source. Cruz Bay lost power 3 of the 5 days we were there. We were powerless in the unit for multiple hours each of the first 3 days. We were asked not to use the water (including toilets) while the power was out. It was not an issue outside of the property as most all businesses have generators. Lastly, the reason this place has spectacular views is because it sits at the highest point of a hill overlooking Cruz Bay. The path to walk in and out of town, while close, has steep hills which may be a challenge for some.

My best friend and I came for our 1st visit to Tortola, and we love Elms and Cane Garden Bay! We stayed in the Star Apple Suite, and it was perfect for us! Plenty of room, clean, and amazing balcony with wonderful views! Elvet was kind and helpful, and the live music a couple nights a week and the ribs were amazing! We loved many restaurants in CGB, and it never felt overcrowded to us. We will absolutely be back, and definitely stay at Elm Beach Suites!!
