The property is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, is sparkling clean, has luxury appliances, furniture and bedding. Its location is central and conveniently close by to dining, shopping and entertainment! The Del Amo Fashion Center is only 5 minutes away. Not to mention all the South Bay beaches only a 7-20 min drive away!

Redondo Beach / Riviera Village Located in the exclusive Riviera Village this one bedroom apartment has a California King bed, full bath, granite kitchen and hardwood floors. This is apartment A, on the ground floor with side access 3 stairs up from the driveway or front door with 10 stairs . A short walk to the beach and restaurants with one dedicated parking space, use of two strand bikes, gas barbecue grill, and shared backyard space.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with private patio and direct access to the beach. Enjoy unlimited restaurants, ocean breeze and exciting local shopping. It's near, Palos Verdes, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, and el Segundo. (No smoking or parties of any kind please) (There is another unit above you and even though Quite a lot of money was spent trying to fix it, it did not work 100%. You can’t still hear some noise.)
